Minh( maintenance guy) is awesome, helpful, responsive, friendly and etc. He deserves all good words!

Great after one month. Front desk staff (Chris/Yelena) and maintenance guy (Minh Nguyen) are polite and responsive. Id love to see some landscaping in the rear area by the golf course, but with a fairway view I cant complain.

Love this apartment. Management is very nice. Leasing process is hassle-free. Just rented a two bedroom room here. Like the neighborhood, it is close to my work.

Weve been living here for about three years and we love it. It is close to everything we need. I need to give a shout out to our Maintenance guy, Minh, who is friendly and hard working. Almost immediately he is able to address whatever issue were having. 5 stars.

Hard working staff, not easy work place, deal with so maaaaaaaany people, maintenance staff awesome, Minh very helpful, they all keep the place top shape, extra lighting makes area safer at night. Place always literally and figuratively getting trashed by tenants/residents leaving trash everywhere, staff comes by and picks up residents mess several times per day, daily picking up trash from property. Easy to get things fixed, ASAP.

The maintenance guy Minh was great and good in his job and did it in excellent manner. He always finished his task with competence and fixed the problems/issues reported. He is also a fast responder to any work being requested by us in our unit. Fairway Glen is a great place. Quiet friendly and clean. Love it here with my family.

They are pretty good at increasing and collecting the rent but maintenance/service is extremely poor - stay away from here

They raise the rent every year at least 350$ more for 12 months! Rip off! Under a new manager who fired all the Mexican workers too! Dont live here! Go to the apartments across the street.
