Gene was the perfect carpet guy for my remodel project on two apartments in San Francisco. He came by when he promised and gave me a quick and very reasonable quote. He was easy to schedule with - and then was very accommodating when I had to reschedule due to other subcontractor delays.One of the new tenants wanted to change carpet colors right before the carpet was installed - and Gene was happy to oblige. Genes crew did quick and clean work of removing the old carpet, then came back after the painting was done to install the new carpet.Sometimes carpet installers can really ding the baseboards all over - but not Genes crew, they left only a handful of tiny marks - our painter was impressed by how little touch up was required.Overall I highly recommend Gene - I will certainly use Concept Materials for all my future projects.

Right away, he was very transparent as he prepared his quote and educated my wife and I on the process. He provided us a very competitive price, and, more importantly, made arrangements with his crew in order to install our floor within this very narrow window of time we had.
