FloorPros have done it right. They installed hardwood floors and their workmanship is high quality standard. The team are easy and pleasant to work with.

Floor Pros came recommended by a friend but what a wretched experience! I gave them a call about replacing my flooring and the guy on the phone, Mark, was condescending from beginning to end.Mark was unwilling to answer any questions over the phone and reprimanded me because I didnt introduce myself – odd behavior toward a customer... I understand that cost estimates vary but he unwilling to share information about their services like removing existing floors, timing, appliance moving, etc. Frankly, Marks condescending attitude and rude response implied he didnt like speaking with women.I assumed it was an individual salesperson issue so I called the SF/North Bay number to give Floor Pros another try. I was connected with a man named Bill, who after just a moment started laughing about me with Mark (hint: learn how to properly cover your receiver if youre still on the phone with a customer.)Completely unprofessional – nothing Pro about this company and I wouldnt feel comfortable with Floor Pros in my home. I never thought Id experience a bro culture in a flooring company. Recommend avoiding as they arent interested in new business.–––––––––––––––––Edit: Funny response by the business owner because in my call, I inquired about services and never once demanded a quote. Nor I was not treated with dignity and respect.
