Went to the floor store and had Andrew help us out. He was very knowledgeable and nice as we looked through all the selections. They have a little bit of everything so you should be able to find what youre looking for.

I cannot say enough good things about Shanna and her team at the Floor Store in San Francisco. They are lifesavers. The first time I first approached them I was in a serious bind because a set of floors I ordered from *another retailer* weren’t meeting expectations and had to be returned. As a result, we were facing significant delays of a multi-unit renovation project (+10,000 SF) with little certainty about what to do next and how long it would take to find a replacement.After that initial hiccup I decided to try the Floor Store based on their positive online reviews and I am so glad I did. The first time I met Shanna I was impressed by her patience and willingness to understand our project needs. She has a keen sense of design and a sharp eye for aesthetics, which is invaluable when sorting through the huge selection of floors on display. Additionally, she was good about making sure the product we choose met the performance requirements of a multi-unit building, and making sure that it could be delivered in a reasonable timeframe to minimize further project delays. In the end we went with an SPC type floor that perfectly complements our design and offers a lot of performance benefits over wood veneer type floors.It’s not often these days to find people as passionate about their work as Shanna. She approaches the business with an owner’s mentality and I think that makes all the difference. I also want to thank Shanna’s colleague, Kristina, who helped us with order support, payment, pick-up, etc. Their teamwork made the whole experience as seamless and pleasant as I could’ve possibly hoped for.

Had a super smooth experience at this one stop shop for new floors. I worked with Robert whos keen design sense and attention to detail really made the difference. Robert visited my home to get a sense of the layout and furniture. He continued to coordinate through the entire install process. In particular he noted some complications with my stairs (which were also replaced), and helped ensure they were installed correctly. Guillermo and his partner installed the flooring and were extremely professional and talented with the details. This included filling nail holes (used on the stairs) such that I cant see them. Im extremely happy with my floors and the overall experience!

Linda is wonderful. She met with me on a short notice for a tiny project (just one room needed carpet) that is probably too small for most people. She then took a considerable amount of time to finds an appropriate remnant piece for me, which saved me a lot of money. Her installer was on time and did a great job. Thank you!!!

We recently purchased flooring for our apartment and discovered the gem that the Floor Store is. After having a terrible customer service experience with the big box retailers like Lowe’s and Home Depot we decided to look for local stores. I am so glad we found the Floor Store and Kristina and Andrew both provided exceptional customer service accommodating our several change of plans in what we wanted to buy, how much and when. I would highly recommend them over any other floor stores in the city for service, quality and value!

The FLOOR Store in SF makes you feel so at ease throughout this crazy process of remodeling. They were all knowledgeable of there products and gave me an amazing pricing for my whole project as a whole. I thought I would have to go to several different vendors to get my carpets in the bedrooms, hardwoods in the main living areas, tile in bathrooms and kitchen, and now they have COUNTER TOPS!!! One stop shop! I have another property and I know I WILL BE BACK!

Lots of options here. The only thing is that the store does not have air conditioning throughout and parts of the store can be quite sweltering on a hot day.Another thing, Im looking for some vinyl plank flooring and although they have a wide selection, their stock on hand is only limited to a handful of items.

Andrew who help us was great, but had said he check on our counter top but never got back to us.. He did say when I ordered the product that I could go to the store right around the corner... Never said he would still get the sample if we like....The young lady that was there on the night the product came in Wednesday 9th said oh you can come pick it up but you would have to carry to your car... Then she was so nice to tell the shipping and receiving to bring the product up front....So over all a good experience....

Im actually currently having an issue with multiple tacks sticking up at the entry to a bedroom, and not the cleanest finish at that entry, discovered after the job. I would be happy to go beck to more stars if this is rectified adequately. Kind of a painful discovery!

Great selection, expert help, great prices and flawless customer service. Andrew has patiently worked with us until we made a selection. Entire purchase arrived as promised. Whe we found out that there was one box of another color, the manager arranged for their driver to drop of the correct one the same day on Saturday! What a service!

Great store! Great people working here. I came in picked carpet and had it installed within three weeks. If you need carpet and want quality material and great installers this is the place to visit.

I was working with another company frustrated because they did not respond to my emails or phone calls. I called around and am so glad I did for I found Shanna! She was able to give me a quote within 10 minutes (I was waiting all week), and order my product.

My salesperson, Andrew Waite, was terrific. My HOA was extremely demanding, regarding delivery and noise levels of the actual carpet, and he was very much engaged in navigating these hurdles.The carpet, by the way, was expertly installed and looks great.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Awful customer service with poor follow up. I have a poorly installed hardwood floor and a repairman came to replace some planks and ruined the wood as we lifted up the wood. This was two weeks ago and NO ONE will call me back, return my texts or emails. AWFUL experience Do not do business here. I have contacted BBB, Michael Finney on your side tv show and retained a lawyer.

Not happy at all with the delivery of our tile order. The floor tile had one of the boxes where the tiles were broken and had to be reordered because a fork lift driver dropped the box. We were short on the wall tile because they figured wrong. We had a time slot when scheduled delivery was to happen and that did not happen. The total job has cost me at least 30% more due to there issues. I will never use them again. I was told they would work out some kind of a compensation but that has never happened. Just recently got the tiles. They came in last week. The original dates were May 17th-26th, 2018. When the replacement tile came in they would not even arrange for delivery. I called several times but no one knew anything g about the order except one person and it always seemed he was not there and would call back? So sad.

I live in a 19 unit condo complex, and we needed to replace common area carpeting throughout our hallways, stairs, and community room.
