Meleah was awesome! Hadn’t had my brows done for a long while and she not only got them looking great, but she offered tips on how I could use a bronzer and a highlighter to enhance that area of my face since we’re still using masks and I’m not big on heavy eye makeup. Will definitely be back.

Eyebrows are more important (at least to me) now that masks are required due to COVID. I have been getting my eyebrows done by Meleah for awhile now and every single experience I have had has been so pleasant and satisfying! I typically don’t like going into the city, but Meleah and everyone at the Benefit Brow Bar Union Square makes it all worth it!Meleah makes me feel safe, constantly sanitizing surfaces and equipment and ensuring me that they are doing what they can to keep their facilities COVID-free. She also walks me through her waxing process and what improvement my eyebrows have made since the last visit. My appointments have always just been me and her in the brow bar, keeping it to a maximum of 2 people in the room at a time. I purchased a Benefit gel eyeliner pen at another store but brought it into the Benefit Store in San Fran to ask for some help with it because it wasnt working properly for me. The staff was super helpful. Looked at my product, tried it out, determined it was faulty and gave me a new one. No hassles at all. I didnt even ask. They noticed the product wasnt right and they replaced it. Fantastic service and great experience. Thanks so much!

Her hands had a smell, plus she didn’t like it when I had opinions of how my brows were looking and said things like “I’m not done yet”. I’ve had this service done at other benefit counters with amazing brows afterwards; it wasn’t the case here.

Went here a long time ago for a brow waxing. It was just mediocre. Ive had better brow waxes at those cheap asian places in the city! Also I went there recently to browse and buy liquid foundation because I loved the Benefit sample I got at Sephora. I stayed there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me and no one seemed to notice I was there or ask me if I needed any help. I straight walked out of the place, they lost my business.
