Love love love this place! The services is excellent, and they have a million nail color. The space is very relaxing and clean. I really enjoyed the flower water pedicure foot soak and warm lotion foot rub that come with the pedicure.My gel manicure seem last longer than other nail salon.I will come here again!

Manicures and pedicures are so beautifully done. The owner and staff listen to what I need and make it just right. Beautiful layout and atmosphere that always makes me feel uplifted.

Great little nail place with friendly staff and a relaxing setting. The salon was very clean and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in on a busy Sunday. The woman who gave me a manicure did not 2, not 3 but FOUR coats of Lincoln Park After Dark, so my nails looked great and lasted longer than usual.

Love this place everyone is just wonderful their work is pure art and the quality is phenomenal. The owner Sandi and her team are very welcoming and nice!

Thi spa is my new favorite spa in union square. I had a deep tissue massage and a pedicure done today and the service was exceptional. I also like the convenient parking around the block.

Modern and clean, and the staff are really nice. They provided a welcoming and relaxing environment with comfy chairs and a big window that looks onto the city. Gel manicure took about 40 mins and cost $45

Very uncomfortable chairs, not the typical massage chairs...no warm water jets for feet as it was just an over sized metal dog bowel type of dish with barely warm water in it... the ladies were sweet and the place was very clean. But for the high cost of services I was very disappointed in the lack of spa feel.

If you are not wearing Gucci/Burberry/LV or any other luxury brands dont bother coming, unless you want to get somewhat neglected and below the bar service. The owner will treat you based on the way you dress and look. She likely will not provide caring service to your nails unless you look wealthy. They were really rough when performing the service, which caused the nail bed to separate from the nails and the pain will last for days. Do it at your own risk. Will not recommend.

The worst nail place ever. Please stay away from this Racist, Not friendly and unprofessional place. They provide services depending on What person you are, even though you paid the same price. If technicians or owner lady doesnt like you they will not be nice to you. Probably they will talk about you with other language in front of you. LOL (Haha Its not joke. seriously!) Technician skill is not great at all and service was horrible. There are much better places with a good price in SF. Please dont go to this place. Cant believe this racist - unprofessional place has two location in SF! Shame on you.

I have never had a more uncomfortable nail bar experience in my life!I frequently travel to San Francisco for business and needed my nails done on the way to a dinner.. So I stopped by Thi. We were greeted and asked to be seated in a very unwelcoming tone, as if we were bothering the staff. Once we had chosen our colors we began our manicure and pedicure process. Firstly, we were seated in large lounge/sofa chairs with our legs raised up to a tiny stool that our feet were then resting on when they were not in a bowl on warm water. Yes, a bowl. This is not your nail salon with large leather chairs and a foot spa attached to the end.. Trust me, after 15 minutes youre completely over the whole experience. From there we were told the colors we had chosen (baby pink) were actually more like nude and not really visible on the nail at all, then we asked for gold to be added to the top and we were told it would not show either. The whole experience at this nail salon was so poor. Everything was a problem and we were made to feel like our business should be elsewhere. Please dont waste your time going here. A) The manager and the staff are just plain rude and B) Their selection on colors/polish is clearly off!Lastly, I didnt realize this till I noticed my manicurist doing my nails but their tools are not individually packaged! They are simply cleaned out the back and reused. Personally, after all the infections and things you can catch from tools in nail salons not being cleaned and repackaged I would never ever visit this salon again.Take your business to one of the many other friendly nail salons in SF!

Sandi did my nails, she did an amazing job! The atmosphere is super relaxing if you are looking for a nice get-away. Its conveniently downtown plus they do acrylics!

So clean. I like that they do their pedicures in a bowl. The owner is great. Bonus: you can go to E&O afterwards to get dinner!

My manicure was awful-nails were not filed well, the nail polish was put in a very irregular manner, that became even worse while dry. I had to take of nail polish in 3 hours after the manicure, file nails myself and also correct the cuticle. I needed to take off the shellac-under the nail polish I found leftovers of shellac and also nails are very damaged by the procedure of taking off the shellac. Also it is not clear how they deal with instruments-are they clean or not. Would not recommend this place.

Honestly Im really disappointed with the results of my trip here and the services while I was there. Granted, I was late to my appointment and they seemed exhasperated by that but saw me anyways. I went for a full acrylic set and I got it at a steep price of $55 which unfortunately isnt so high due to the quality... I wish I could get a refund because basically less than 24 hours after getting them one of my nails broke in half just from being so thin and bumping the car door handle I was opening. The material used for the nail wasnt the usual powder and liquid acrylic misture but a clear gel? It was applied so thinly that I could literally pick it off. Besides that the nail tip was also applied very poorly. None of the tips were fully glued on and all but two have snapped off already in just four days. The polish and acrylic base continue to chip and flake everywhere... Also as far as application goes the nails were crooked and somewhat uneven in length... Wont be coming back even to get a refund or nails redone... Not worth it

Wanted to get a manicure right before a 5 day conference. Guy was not paying attention and I had to point out bubbles and clumps. Got gel nails that lasted 4 days. Not happy.

My hotel recommended me this place, I had a great manicure, service was fast and efficient, I will definitly go again next time ill visit San Francisco.

Awful, the worst pedi I have ever had! Terrible, dont go here!The woman took 15 mins to do my pedi and was terrible, she was so quick that she did a very poor job, my feet were soaked for 1 min and then she used a scrubber for about 30 seconds, as a result none of the though skin was removed and at the end of the pedi my feet were still rough, the polish was very slap dash too. I asked for lotion at the end as my feet were exactly the same as when I walked in and she just gave me a small amount and said you can do it your self. I am writing this on my boyfriends account as I dont have gmail - dont wast your money at the salon its a joke.

Atmosphere was strange. And the result was below expectation, I mean below what I would do myself, and I am a man.

As a French person, I attach great importance to the quality of salon services. Here, I was not disappointed. The show is very professional and the employees are particularly friendly and anxious to do well. I highly recommend !
