I’ve gotten my brows waxed and tinted by Samantha! She is nothing short of amazing when it comes to waxing and being a great conversationalist! Post pandemic it was time to get my brows done and whip Em into shape and I went to this location where I met Samantha! She knew exactly the look I was going for, helped me find products for an event and gave me great tips for makeup application. She’s super sweet, clean and thorough. This location overall gets a 10/10 as everything is SUPER clean and everyone is friendly and down to earth. Definitely coming back to my new eyebrow place.

I drove 30 minutes to this Benefit Bar to see Coco so he can wax my eyebrows. Hes done my friends eyebrows in the past & they always look amazing.I parked at the parking lot right across the street & when I walked in the boutique, I was immediately greeted warmly by another employee. After filling out my paperwork, Coco came out right on time & got me out promptly.During our wax he showed me what he was going to do to my brows & did them beautifully! He was very kind & we chatted the entire time.I recommend this Benefit Boutique for everyone but I really recommend Coco for any services, you will not regret it. I will definitely be back!

Made an appointment and I was helped by Samantha. She was absolutely wonderful! We basically did everything! Brow tint, face wax, body wax and it was a breeze. She was genital and walked me through the process of everything. Loved her and will go back!

I came in for an eyebrow threading service, and my experience was phenomenal. I have tried many places around the bay, and no one can compare to Coco’s services! First, the service did not hurt as they usually do at other sites, which gave me a sense of comfortability. Second, Coco was so welcoming and professional. Third, the outcome is terrific!!! He did a fabulous job of making my eyebrows look symmetrical. I will definitely be coming back to see Coco; thank you!

After not having my eyebrows done for a year and a half due to Covid, I went to Samantha and she did an amazing job! I have really thick brows so I’m always cautious about where I go as I don’t want them too thin. Samantha gave me options and listened to my preferences before starting. Super nice and professional and my brows look great!

Love coming here for my brow wax & tint! Peaches not only does an amazing job but is so sweet and friendly. She remembered me after the very first time I went and is always super conversational (unless Im exhausted like today and she lets me sleep hah!). I was super nervous doing a tint the first time and she did a perfect job for easing me into it. Now Im hooked! Highly recommend coming in and asking for Peaches!Also the entire staff has been great the past few months Ive been going in. Always super friendly and attentive when I walk in the door!

Friendly and efficient. I ran in on a break and was in and out with beautiful brows. My technician, Mia,was attentive and intent on giving me the brows I want. And she did it all in 10 minutes. Im so happy with the level of service that was given to me.

I’ve been coming here for years. Unfortunately my usual esthetician no longer works here, even more unfortunate was my last visit. In all my years getting lash and brow tints I have never walked away with so much dye smeared across my face. And honestly that I could have handled, the problem is that Coco made no effort to follow the lines of my brows, or any eyebrows I’ve ever seen. Tint was not placed as high or far in some places as the other side leaving me looking like one brow is higher than the other and shorter. On top of it my lashes are still half blonde. I tried calling multiple times to ask for a refund once I got home and washed the stains away to see the real damage but never get an answer. I also complained online but have received no response.

I went there to check the brow shaping service. When I went inside, no one is seeing me, no greeting, no one asking if I need help. I waited patiently until I found they just kept ignoring me and avoided eye contacts at all. I had no idea what options they have and asked one girl and expected she can introduce a little bit their service. I said I’m interested in the brow shaping service. She asked me back what do I want. I said I don’t know what options you have and she’s looking me like I’m an idiot and replied so you want waxing? She’s so impatient and not interested in introducing their service to me at all. Hey if i came before why I need to ask you. She’s pointing me to a info card and keeping busy and ignoring me again. I waited for a while and found out no one wants to do business with me so I just left.

For 14 years Ive been getting my brows and lashes tinted here. Now Ive been going for laser facials! All the staff are great. I love Benefit and visit both NYC and SF shops!

I didnt have an appointment but happened to stop by this salon when Calvin was between clients. He did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows and then sent me to Neris at the makeup counter to make my brows look even better. Neris took extra time with me and gave me a mini makeover. I felt like a million bucks when she was done! All of this was included in the price of the eyebrows too - there was no charge for the makeup. I really appreciate the great advice she gave me about my skin and makeup. Calvin and Neris are absolute professionals. Fabulous salon! Thank you.

These gals have bailed me out of a couple bad situations when I’m in town for work. Narice has done my makeup twice now and have loved how she gives me exactly the look I want.

I am from Brazil and a few weeks ago I was in San Francisco on vaccation and went to this shop to buy a product and couldn t get anyone to help me. There was just two other costumers and the attendants saw me coming in. After a few minutes looking around I just kept standing in the middle of the shop looking for someone to help me and all the attendants just turned their backs to look at themselves in the mirror. It was really strange and uncomfortable. I think they wanted to make clear to me that I was not welcomed there so I just left...

Good job but always make you wait past your appointment time, and the same esthetician will be doing someone else service at the same time as yours, even when it’s not busy.

What a miracle worker! He talked me through his plan, and when he did one brow, he confirmed my satisfaction with the shape before moving to match the other brow.He was fast, efficient, and really helped a sister in need ❤️
