Last Tuesday I was looking to purchase a Rolex Submariner. I finally decided to call A&E Watches. I spoke to Inbar who is a professional, courteous, and friendly lady. I asked her a ton of questions and she answered all of them, no matter how small. She assured me that everything will be ok with nothing to worry about. This Thursday at 10:23 am, I received my luxurious time piece. I bought this to mark a milestone in my life; my 50th birthday. Again, thank you Inbar & Team for the excellent customer service!

I spoke to Inbar to inquire a pre-owned Rolex, this person is argumentative, rude and sarcastic. I was asking her if she could send me the actual pictures of the watch, because she told me the watch on the website is not the actual watch that I am purchasing, of course I got skeptical to buy the watch, and then suddenly she was raising her voice, she doesnt have the watch in stock, she needs to order it from the vendor, asking me what is my concern of the watch, if she orders it with the vendor and i did not like it, she might end up stuck with the watch. I told her, I am not buying a $100 watch, I am purchasing a $15,000.00 Rolex watch, all I want from her is to send me the actual pictures of the watch to check the condition and authenticity . As a customer I want to be happy with my purchase. Bad customer service !!!

Two months ago I found this dealer online. After finding my perfect Rolex Submariner w/Serti dial, I phoned A&E with a few questions. I spoke with Inbar. She was knowledgeable and very patient. I’m sure she routinely gets asked the same questions. Let’s face it, it’s tough buying a luxury watch sight unseen. I narrowed my choice to two watches. She sent videos of both. I decided on one and spoke with her again to finalize price and payment details. They received the funds today and she quickly agreed to have the watch shipped today. Excellent customer service so far from start to hopefully unboxing. I’ll keep you posted! 😊 I’m beyond thrilled.So my watch arrived and it was gorgeous but I was but unfortunately I found two cosmetic issues.First, there was a dent in one of the gold links in the backside of the watch. Second, the date seemed to be blocked by the gold frame. I noticed that the first digit of two digit dates were cut off. I spoke with Avi and he acknowledged my concerns and assured me that he would make it right.I asked him if he could service another watch and to let me know the cost. So I sent in both watches via prepaid return shipping that they of course arranged.As promised, both issues with my new Rolex were resolved and Avi did a complimentary service on my Ebel!Seriously terrific customer service!

Fantastic shop with friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They helped replace a band on my watch and had it swapped and adjusted in 10 minutes. They also have a great selection of exclusive and rare Tudor watches. 👏⌚️👀

I was searching for a Rolex watch to buy as a present to my mother for her 70 birthday.Searching online and find out about A & E watches. After googling for a few weeks at different websites, I decided to stop by their place at Brannan street. The place very organize, neat and great location. After speaking with the sale person and asking questions, they saw me different watches and recommend me 3 out of ten. They have big selection. They help me to choose the right one that fit my mother style.I decided to purchase the watch. The Rolex was 100 percent real, look like new and the price was killer with big discount. Which close the deal for me. Luckily I did not had to search more places and more watches being very busy person.

First of all I would like to give 10 stars. I called and spoke to Inbar about a certain watch that I wanted, she didnt have it but told me to give her a few days to find it threw her connections. Few days pass and I get a message from her with the watch in her hands with different angles and a great price. I have been looking for that particular watch for 6 months and have contacted all of the well known online brokers, but Non have gone out of their way to do what Inbar from A&E watches did. I want to thank Inbar for the terrific customer service.

Decided to buy a high end watch and really hadnt done a lot of research but decided to drop by A&E. Bought a stainless steel date-just ladies watch and upon returning home, compared prices on line and found I had gotten a good price, particularly given the three year warranty they provide. One week later I decided to exchange it for a mixed metal watch (gold and stainless steel) which was less expensive because it was older. They made the exchange happily, added more links to the band for free, refunded the difference promptly (a few days to issue a check) and then quickly fixed the clasp positioning (was not in the middle of the band like it should have been - all cheerfully and promptly. Very good experience and they stand by their watches and work.

Great experience dealing with Inbar on my Rolex. Received it promptly but after a couple of weeks had a small issue. Received a shipping invoice to return it and be repaired immediately. Great follow up and service. My watch was repaired and is working great.

Just received my Blue Dial Rolex Datejust 36mm with white gold fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet. The watch is gorgeous! The price was unbeatable, and so is their 5-year warranty! Two thumbs up!!!

I bought a watch, they shipped it when they said they would, I got when I supposed to. Its beautiful its perfect I have a big wrist so I had to get another link and they sent to me free. The people are great and I buy from them again...

I know ordering stuff off the internet can be scary and the thought of it being a scam gets you really nervous. Now consider buying a Rolex for thousands of dollars The butterflies in your belly hoping the internet purchase is legit. A and E rest your nerve at ease. I admit I was hoping Inbar from A and E was who she said she was and she is. Very customer friendly and keeps you inform about your purchase. When the box arrived the presentation of my Rolex was more than I expected. I was completely satisfied with my investment. If Finances allow me to purchase another Rolex, only one store I will go to and that is A and E. I am now a customer for life. this is a real customer and true experience.

A fairly unassuming store amongst giants in the JewelryMart building, this vendor will order pretty much any kind of watch strap you need -- from the basic to the models designed specifically for your Rolex. Everest Straps are a highlight of their selection but they have a million you can order from catalogue. They also carry Rolex watches new and preowned. The owners are super nice and go out of their way to help find exactly what you want.

I bought an expensive used watch through a major retailer that was transacted through A&E. Unfortunately it stopped working within 6 mo. I was concerned about warranty repairs but Tzipi and her staff handled my repairs quickly and professionally. They went out of their way to stay in communication and returned my watch within a reasonable amount of time. So far very pleased with my interaction with them.

My Movado had a broken band (the pin was bent and a strap was torn). I came in and they fixed both for no charge. Tippy, the lady who greeted me, was incredibly kind and helpful.

I wrote a review about this about 10 years ago on Epinions but cant seem to find it.Google Reviews werent around 10 years ago when I bought a used Rolex Day-Date from Cesar.Cesar wanted me to pay cash, and since I was from out of town, I used my Credit Card. I decided on a Blue faced watch, it was gorgeous.Now the rest of the nightmare.- the watch was a late 70s model, not what we agreed on.- the watch would only keep time for a day, then it quit working- when I tried to return it, one of the owners, A middle Eastern car sales man insulted me about not being able to care for a watch, when I insisted I was going to return it. The owner said he wouldnt take it back.- I ended up sending it back registered mail, but never received a refund.- I had to call the Credit Card company, apparently The owner and maybe Cesar lied and said they had not received it. The Credit Card company immediately called A&E and straightened it out. I received my credit minus a restocking fee.-- Keep in mind the watch Never worked correctly which is the entire reason I decided to return it, if the watch had worked, I would have kept it.These people are crooks and liars, STAY away from them FAR FAR FAR away.

I was in the market for Datejust 36 for my wife’s upcoming valentine’s day gift. I looked up on google maps to look for authorized rolex dealer and found A&E watches like couple blocks away from my work place so I went for visit to browse around.They have great collections of pre-owned & brand new Rolex and other watches, Olga was super friendly and help me around with questions regarding datejust model. She showed me multiple preowned and they have one new condition with blank warranty info with only the dealer info on card.I was very particular with me order with pink dial and they were able to accommodate to switch the dial with original rolex pink dial for that 36 datejust 116200 oyster steel and given me an offer that I find it hard to refuse. (It was below retail price for brand new unworn rolex).I was super happy for this purchase and really look forward to buy my next watch from this store. Today I had the pleasure of being a first time customer at A & E watches. Avi took care of my watch band. My mother-in-law had purchased a Rolex watch several decades ago and it was left to me after she died. The watch band was much too big. I had gone to another Rolex dealer where two links were removed. I was told that was all that was possible. The watch band was still too big. I then tried to look up used Rolex dealers, but used Rolex watch bands were not available, only used watches.When I called A & E, Avi suggested I come in because he could adjust the watch band quickly and easily. Within minutes of entering A & E watches, Avi and his repair technician were able to adjust the band so the watch fit my small wrist perfectly. I could have saved a lot of time going to A and E from the start. Avi was so kind and attentive, obviously wanting to be helpful, and he easily had a solution. I would recommend A and E watches to anyone. By the way, they had some beautiful new Rolex watches on display as well.Shayna

Dealt with Inbar to purchase my pre-owned gold Day-Date Rolex watch. She was extremely helpful, informative and patient. She worked with me on the price and found the exact watch I wanted. I was very hesitant on purchasing a watch half way across the country but Inbar was very easy to work with and was always available either through text or email. I received the watch but the watch was too big. Inbar immediately emailed me a return label - no questions asked, made the adjustments and sent it back the next day. Excellent service! Would not hesitate on purchasing a watch from this company. You will not be disappointed. They are honest and the real deal!

Very good customer service, Inbar very helpfull perhaps could sound rude over the phone at the end very nice and professional. However my experience wasn’t great I received a defective Datejust41 with a big indentation in the case and several scratches on the bracelet including scratches as someone removed the bracelet dont know why someone would do that in and watch that was supposed to be new and never worn, also the watch came without the dial protector which usually came with the newest Rolexes. It is also fair to mention that I rushed the process because I wanted the watch for my current travel, therefore, they did not have the chance to go over the watch before it was sent to me. Immediately after I noticed the scratches called Inbar; after a long discussion, she agreed to pay for the returning label and for a complete refund even after I removed the factory stickers. Maybe I had bad luck and the supplier that I got the watch from wasnt great or honest. At the end I walked to an AD here in Madrid and purchase my watch for less price, no scratches, and no one tried to removed the bracelet in this one 🙂. Im a first impression guy and even though Inbar offer me the chance to wear my watch to the travel and replace it upon my return I turned down and ask for a complete refund.
