Ryders staff is shockingly untrained and incompetent. At the time of our furniture delivery, the driver could not find our address despite being located on the main street, refused to take navigation help over the phone, and turned around without notice, leaving me waiting outside my building in biting cold. The customer service representative who later called was unapologetic and made no attempts to redress the situation. When I called back again to ask about rescheduling — even though it wouldnt have been necessary in the first place if the driver had done his job right — I was put on indefinite hold by yet another staff member. If you are looking to burn your precious hours, experience the depths of badly run organizations, and rile up some anger, go ahead and hire them. Otherwise, be kinder to yourself and stay away.

What the pros use to get things done vehicles always in top shape. Most have been fairly new. Late night key drop off, wide range of truck rentals with lift gates or ramps. Trucks have had Bluetooth capable audio units to link your phone. Of third st few exits from king st i280. Easy entrance and exit off freeway.

Excellent customer service from San Fransisco store 437 . One of our trucks broke down . We were able to tow it to them and get a loaner /replacement within a few hours. Customers happy . We are happy, thanks again !

Useless location unless you’re a local account. Which is pretty standard with Ryder. Lower your expectations then push them even lower.

I have had horrible customer service. No one returns my calls. The 1st delivery was to the wrong address. I had to reorder made sure the correct address was given and again the delivery is to wrong address.
