Alex and Rob were so thorough and helpful, couldn’t ask for a more ideal experience as a customer! I was in and out in no time with exactly what I needed, no high pressure sales or ridiculous prices or hidden fees. My rental had unlimited miles, etc, the compact cargo van I rented was excellent.They made a sudden surprise insanely stressful move (kicked out),into a hassle free move (moved stuff to a storage unit).100% recommend going to Alex and Rob at Enterprise Truck Rental if you’re checking reviews and considering the competition which seems to be U-Haul which is nearby. Every experience I’ve had with Enterprise has been perfect, just a genuinely great company, mostly in part due to helpful and and knowledgeable staff they pick like Alex and Rob, but also the business model for Enterprise is always no bull$h!t shady tactics, just great service. Knowledgeable thorough staff and great vehicles!

Slow to wait for the rental car to arrive at the door but nice service at the office for picking up the car. Better to make a call in advance. The office is small and no cups for water.

No complaints about this business. They handled a pickup of several vans efficiently, good-naturedly and demonstrated great customer service. Good job!

We reserved two trucks months in advance to move a very large art piece that we spent a year and a lot of money making. A week before, they call and say they dont have the trucks and offered us NO solution. We had to scramble to find trucks elsewhere and spend a lot of extra money to make up for their mistake. Do NOT use them if your move is important or on a specific timeline.
