I unfortunately had a very negative experience borrowing a U-Haul from this store.We had to rent a U-Haul from Friday to Sunday. You can see that the store is actually closed on Sunday so I asked the store staff how we should return the U-Haul. He pointed to a street parking spot across the Judah and told us that we can simply park the U-Haul there and theyll take care of it on Monday when they open. So we followed their instructions and returned the car to the spot he pointed to. To our surprise, we receive a Notice of Parking Violation in the mail, stating that the U-Haul got in the way of street cleaning. We were ticketed on Monday 7am, so the U-Haul staff hadnt taken care of the return before street cleaning. I was pretty upset that we were issued a ticket/fine following the store staff instructions, which shows that they have no idea what theyre doing or they dont care. I called the store and explained this situation, and basically just told me that its my responsibility during my rental, which leads me to believe that they just dont care.I escalated this to the regional manager (info I found on the U-Haul website) and he told me the same thing. They didnt seem to care that the store staff gave us the wrong instructions.In sum, dont rent from here. I havent tried other U-Haul rental locations, but simply avoid this one...

Bought a few uhaul boxes. It was hard to carry them, and the owner offered to fold and pack them with tape so it was easier to carry on.

These people are rude and unprofessional. I tried to book a U-haul, they were fully reserved. I tried working with the woman on the phone to book an alternate date, and she hung up on me. When I called back, she said we cant rent to you, and hung up again! TERRIBLE customer service!

A small corner store which rents out U Haul trucks. Probably okay if you book in advance, but dont come here for a last-minute truck rental, as they dont keep any trucks there permanently.

These guys never gave us receipts so you will never know what charges added to your bill!
