Base on old reviews I guess no one would come to do business at this Budget location. But things had changed, base on my experience at this location, customer service and customer care are great! I will be back with out hesitation!!

Rented here multiple times and will do it again. One time there was a problem on their end but the staff went out of their way to resolve it. They have also been very accommodating a few times when the problem was on my end. The staff have been good people to me so I keep going back.

Id give this place 0 stars if I could. Do NOT come here unless you like being swindled and deceived.Im actively serving in our military and rented a truck with Budget Truck Rental over its competitors because Budget offers (apparently not) a military discount. I was supposed to be charged a discounted rate of $1.19/mi instead of the regular rate of $1.49/mi. Yes, its only a 30 cent difference but it adds up quickly! Anyway, I received my bill after I returned the truck and I was charged at the $1.49/mi rate so I called the office about 15 times over the course of two weeks. Yes, you read that right. I called them 15 times and they didnt pick up their phones.Anyway, because I couldnt get a hold of them I went ahead and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Fast forward a week later and I get a letter in the mail stating that Budget Truck Rental has the right to rescind the military discount even though the discounted rate was written in the contract.I dont know how or why anyone would act in this way. I will never use Budget Truck Rental ever again and I will make sure my family and friends dont either.

In and out with a rental truck. They didnt have the size I needed and got upgraded to a bigger size vehicle. They offer drop box returns. Customer service is excellent.

0 stars. I reserved a truck, received an email confirmation, showed up to pick up the truck, and was told they had no trucks and that I should have gotten a call to let me know. Went to UHaul instead. (Edit: they charged my credit card after all of this! Stay far away from this place.)

Beat up trucks with tires that are not legal to rent. Incompetent staff too inexperienced to even answer the phone after twenty attempts over a three hour period. Choose Penske down the street on 26th at 3rd St. This Budget location is a joke.

Dont answer the phone.
