What a scammers!Never ever recommend this tour company! We live in NYC and my parents friends were planning to visit us on April . They came from Korea and since they were here, they wanted to see Yosemite . So we called and made travel arrangements with this tour company.Once we arrived, the weather wasnt that great, then staff tried to change our schedule. They were suggesting other places which we didnt want to do. We came here to see Yosemite and they refused to go there. We assumed that they didnt have enough people to run the Van. So obviously we told them NO and they charged us the cancellation fee. Its not like we are canceling our plan, they did! And ask for cancellations fee for what? Also their attitude was super rude and unprofessional.The whole trip was a total fiasco because of them!I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AND JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Rip off .
