Ilana was very helpful in our search since she knows so much about the characteristics of the various neighborhoods we were considering . After making an inventory of the key elements we wanted, she spent a good part of the day driving us around to look at at potential homes which was very useful as we were on a tight time line. She was very organized and gave us detailed information about not only the house but all the local amenities we would find (health clubs, libraries, shopping). It was very helpful to have such a full picture of the area. She accurately predicted that our full schedule plus tons of information would be tiring, and she had drinks and snacks to help our energy level. When it came time to make a bid, she encouraged us to write a letter about ourselves and our family along with our bid so as to make our application more attractive. Since we do not live in S.F. her guidance through the time sensitive closing process was invaluable. She was very prompt in replying to any questions or concerns and followed up with detailed information. Her assistance made this usually complex and nerve wracking procedure manageable.
