We were ready to undertake the impossible task of buying a home in the Bay Area - high prices, low inventory, sometimes taking over a year of work... Lauren and Anthony were recommended by a friend who had used them to work with her on her home. We were looking for agents that would work as hard as we would to help find us a home for our criteria, that would be honest and have our best interests in mind. We found them!! Because Lauren and Anthony work so closely together, we were essentially able to be two places at ones - we got answers almost immediately, paperwork was prepped within the day, and usually one of them was available to do a showing along with our schedules. Listing agents knew who they were and had nothing but good things to say, so we felt very well-represented. We bought our home after only a few months of working with Team Fit Agents! Lauren and Anthony are the best!Theyre approachable, normal people that will work hard to get you into the right place for you. They are not joking when they say they do the heavy lifting for you - they really did go above and beyond to get us into our current home. They took us to see countless houses, patiently answered all our questions and really got the time to know us, our situation, and what we were looking for. They were so on top of it that when we were visiting family on the other side of the world, they went and saw a house that would be perfect for us, emailed us video, and schmoozed with the sellers agent. We saw the house the night we got back, put in an offer the very next day, and our offer was accepted! Our house had several other offers on it, and ours was not the highest - I firmly believe that it was the extra work that Lauren and Anthony put in that got us our house. My wife and I wanted to buy our first house in San Francisco on a limited budget. As crazy as it may sound (note the words house, San Francisco, and budget, they dont typically go together), Anthony and Lauren made it happen.Our search was long. We spent 6 months viewing countless houses. Anthony and Lauren were very patience. Their knowledge and network of the area are deep. They are terrific communicators. Most importantly, they worked really hard to understand what we want and helped us come up with the right strategy for buying.Together, we powered through 6 offers before scoring the right one. I want to mention the offers we lost because of the time and effort we spent together on them. San Francisco is an extremely competitive market. Every offer we made required completely different approaches and strategies. Anthony and Laurent were always by our side to help us with each offer. They helped us got very close to some offers, or back out in offers that could very much be a can of work later on. We learned a lot through this whole process. So that in the end, when we found our dream house, we moved extremely quickly and closed it in just three weeks, with a price way below the market.I would highly recommend this team. We did the entire process, start to finish remotely, Lauren and Anthony were able to accommodate our relative absence with ease and grace.Given todays circumstances you need to choose a realtor with experience representing absent clients. Lauren and Anthony did just that for us before it was mandated. They both have a wonderful grasp of technologies for remote showings, knowledge of the myriad processes involved in selling a property (They helped our buyer pivot last minute to a new lender to get the sale done in our needed timeframe) and the right level of compassion/empathy to handle difficult personalities.If youre choosing a team to guide you in selling your property, ask them if they have sold like this in the past? Have they worked with buyers and sellers, not in person, but over the phone and skype, zoom etc, Everyone has to do it now, but Id feel better trusting my biggest asset with a team that already has a winning record selling properties like this.We were very happy with the level of attentiveness and understanding we received and couldnt recommend Lauren and Anthony more highly.

As Im sitting on the couch of my guest bedroom, staring out of my window at the sun setting and writing this (seriously, this is what Im doing), I feel an immense amount of gratitude for Anthony and Lauren in helping with all the nitty gritty details of helping me close on this house. I feel compelled to write this much overdue review as 1) I am finding I have too much time on my hands with Bay Area being #ShelteredInPlace (#flattenthecurve) and 2) I wouldnt be feeling so lucky in this state of SIP if I hadnt secured this home so quickly. The entire process took about 8 quick weeks. Many people have scared me into thinking buying a home would be the worst experience of my life (after labor that is), but Anthony and Lauren made the entire ordeal incredibly enjoyable and easy. Firstly, communication was top-notch. I was referred to them by a close friend who was in the middle of closing a house as well. Barely 5 minutes into getting the text introduction, Anthony reached out to schedule a time to discuss and set up a tour of the properties I was eye-ing. By the way, he and Lauren were in Paris on a vacation. This was the start of what was an intro to two obviously dedicated, passionate about their craft and customer-oriented, type of people. A few points of appreciation: while on tours with the selling agent of the property, Lauren and Anthony raised questions that I, as a first-time home buyer, might not have thought of on the spot. They were available ALL-THE-TIME to answer questions I thought were silly, to truly complex questions about the lengthy contracts I had to read through, lending process, property questions, etc. They introduced me to a fantastic lender, and even helped with the little things such as measuring my windows so I could put in an early order for blinds. On the back end, I felt confident that they were negotiating the best price for me as well. Overall, as I sip on my tea and finish up this review, shelter-in-place, especially with this new roof over my head could not have come at a better time - though arguably, SIP should have come earlier, but Im not trying to throw politics into this review - I am more than grateful for this house, how seamless the process was (but also, get your tax docs in order, people!) and the trusted relationship I built with these two along the way. Theyre not your average real estate agents - its not one and done for them. You can tell they care, theyre smart and knowledgeable, and they hustle hard to deliver what you need. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for their first OR their next home purchase.

I grew up from San Rafael, CA and currently live in SF Noe Valley with my boyfriend. I would read the other reviews, they are true... Not the positive ones, i think theyre false.
