This helped me focus my priorities because I wasnt going to get everything I wanted in this market. Not at my price point anyhow. This ultimately resulted in me finding a home at below market value that i couldnt be happier in! I consider myself lucky in this situation but Oliver was instrumental in making it happen.The other thing that stood out to me was that he checked in frequently AFTER the house closed! We wanted some renovations done to the house before we moved in and Oliver gave me a great recommendation on a contractor.
