I have been to several Regus business lounges and offices spaces within San Francisco, and this location is by far the best. I absolutely adore the receptionists who are so helpful, remember me by name, and keep everything running in impeccable shape. It also has a fun start up feel, and I enjoy chatting with the other businesses working from this space over lunch. Big bonus - Whole Foods is right around the corner!

I am the Office Manager for one of the first level suites. I cannot believe how helpful the team at Regus is regarding requests, complaints, and answers to questions. While you might have to ask twice or follow up in person, overall the team works to accomplish tasks in a timely manner, and does have several tenants to handle. From renting spaces, to reserving rooms, to having group activities, and simply providing amenities, it is clear to see that this team is doing a good job overall. Stand out performances by (initials for confidentiality) YK and MC.I recommend Regus for your commercial leasing space, and business room rental needs.

For a small company, I find this is a great place to work. It has all the amenities you need such as a nice kitchen, tables, coffee, and water. They just redesigned the interior and it looks amazing! :)

NOTE: Keep in mind I came here mid-morning on July 5 (the day after Independence Day) so I imagine it was significantly quieter than usual...Staff very friendly and helpful. Decent selection of typical automated coffee/tea machine options. Real draw for this location over other SF Regus lounge locations is the pretty modern (think late 1990s dot com boom modern) open floor plan of the lobby/lounge area. If youre Caltrain-ing in/out of SF, consider this as a prep point (nice bathrooms, too). Also, lounge looks pretty team friendly.

Regus practically invented the co-working space before it was cool to work in a co-working space. This center is in the old Twitter building (Ive been told, not confirmed) and some of the offices in the center were used by the Twitter team. Some tech company was definitely in this space, because it looks very last decade tech, with a fun color palette, translucent plexi walls and exposed ethernet cable wire mesh trays to add to the look we are tech company aesthetic.The staff is great, Yana is the best. Very prompt and attentive. Always here and always ready.Very fast reliable wifi. Plenty of break out space, long table in the open kitchen area with outlets, two lounge areas, Thinkpod cubbies. Plus large phone booth size rooms to use down the hall. The conference room is one of the largest of all the Regus centers when the partition is removed. Big enough have full retreat style planning and brainstorm session for a large team. When the garage doors to the conference rooms are left open, you can use those for breakout space as well.Ive been to many Regus centers and this is one of the best.
