This my 1st time at pampered Hands Salon and im so happy on the results.. I dont like it but I LOVE IT👍😊

Eh! Good pedicure but Im sure the gel manicure needs to be redone in a few days .. also not the most sanitary place ... the color wasnt what I wanted but they haveVERY limited gel polish colors!

Decent place if you work in the financial district. I came in during lunch, they took me in immediately. i got my acrylics taken off and a manicure. the manicure was very mediocre, wasnt that clean either. i paid $29 (w/o tip) for having my acrylics taken off and a manicure.

Read every review on Yelp and Google, and I wasnt impressed by the negative reviews. I still had no choice but to come to this salon due to the lack of lunch time I get to take. I called ahead and asked If they could perform a fill in under a hour, she said yes and I said Ill see ya @1pm. My nails coming in to this needed a fill and had grown out gel. In the 35 minutes I was there, the gel was removed, plain acrylic was applied and a neutral pink was painted on. I get my nails done all the time, in any city I am in when I am on the run and this place did a fantastic job. Pricey? Maybe. Not a hole in your pock by any means. You are paying for convenience. All in all, my nails look really really natural and are shaped beautifully. I will def be going back.

This place is great! I got a manicure and a pedicure and they were very nice and pretty quick as well! The prices are definitely not bad for San Francisco. I will definitely come back!

I came in for a gel manicure on my lunch break and am very please with it - Din and Henry did a wonderful job! I was in and out in under 40 minutes and my nails looks great. They are the length I prefer, perfectly rounded, and the color is evenly applied on all my nails. Henry took the time to apply three coats of polish because the color would have looked thin otherwise, and I never felt rushed out. For $35 plus tip I am extremely satisfied. Ill be back!--Update: my gel manicure barely lasted a week before it started peeling off. I am decreasing my original 5 stars to 3 stars.

This is no salon anymore......Bahn Mi King is going to be a big hit in San Francisco! I went early and was treated like a queen, and the food was made to order and absolutely delicious, cant wait to try it again.

They dont rush you and take their time to do a good job. Its a good place if youre just looking to get in, get your nails done and get out.

I went in after work one day to get a manicure with gel. I love the relaxed setting and they really wanted to make sure I was happy. However, compared to other salons, they are not my favorite. They never offered me something to drink. And the quality of my manicure was subpar. I had to ask them multiple times to redo and touch up my nails.

This is Gel manicure and both Thumbs got a really bad Job for $40,-. There also dont have Tables and everything is done on your Legs/ Seat, which is not comfortable nor professional as you can see in the picture.

Supposed to open at 9am but no one is here. wasted 30 mins of my work day because they can’t provide even this most basic level of customer service.

Pretty low quality manicure, not very thorough and little attention to detail. Convenient location and staff is nice, but the nail filing wasn’t even symmetric let alone the more complicated parts of a manicure.

The best pedicure I have ever had, can not go anywhere else

Could not believe how overpriced this place was (its clearly because of location to 9-5ers hitting them on their lunch break) but the actual quality was so disgraceful, it made it worse. I have never seen someone take off a gel pedi with one piece of foil, covering all of there toes at once rather than taking the time to individually treat.2 spots to dry your nails (which forces everyone to rush) and the floor towel for your feet is never changed after each client (so gross) They do not clean the floors, they start to work with you and then move to someone else, leaving you waiting for twice as much time. I had acetone/foils sitting on my nails for 35min turning my skin white while waiting for them to continue taking off polish. I had to remind them to do a top coat on my pedi. I ended up leaving with just clear polish on my hands. I also had 4 different people work on me in the course of 1.5hrs. Insane...They had a woman waiting in the back room for her wax appointment for almost 30minutes. She came out 2x to see if they were planning on providing her the service she scheduled. Everyone was sort of laughing as they kept telling people to come in and wait 5-min.In total, for a regular pedi + mani with no polish, they charged $44 dollars. My friend had a gel mani and regular pedi and was charged $65.

Rush job. Went in for a gel mani on my lunch. I had to tell her to clean under my nails. Ended up just asking for clear polish and regular mani. Ill have to go somewhere else to actually get them done right! Total disappointment!

Such an awful place. Overcharging for services and the work isnt great. Dont come here.

They charge the same even without nail polish.. 30$ for a pedicure without nail polish is crazy. Wont be back

Took forever even though they kept repeating 5 minutes to everyone who walked into the door. Very expensive.

Limited color selection. Uncomfortable chairs. There is a ridiculous extra charge for everything.

Very fast and good quality
