Ive been getting my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted for probably 14 years now, and have been going here since I moved to the city 5 years ago. They do an excellent job (chemicals that close to my eyeballs and they better!), always understanding of the color Im requesting, and there were a couple years there I could afford it every 6-8 weeks and they would remember me by name and the colors I was going for. For nails, they might be a bit overpriced, but still great. Not to mention $5 per 5 minute neck/shoulder rub! Worth it!

I don’t post reviews often but I love this place. I live right in the neighborhood and was looking for a wax. Service was good and fast, the ladies here have a great no nonsense attitude and prices are extremely reasonable. Will be coming back!

Third time trying this place. Don’t know why I ever came back a second time. They always rush and you have to remind them to do the simplest things. First time I went they sat me in a chair for almost 30 minutes while they attended other people & ignored me. Second time they just did a bad job of my nails. Third time I called in and made an appointment when I got there they said sorry we are to busy come back later. Don’t waste you time with this place.

I was in definite need if a pedi and thank god I found this salon. The place was so elegantly decorated. Locate in a good neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and nice. I love their service. I felt like I was at a professional spa. I would totally come back and bring friends. Best nail salon in SF area.

Do not go here for a wax. They are friendly and fast but they double dip wax sticks which is totally unhygienic.

Brash, disrespectful team. I have been here twice and took my mom for her birthday. They threw our feet around, did the bare minimum and were done in 15 mins. I do not recommend this place and will not return.

This is my new go to nail place, since I had to say farewell to my old one. Its easy parking in the dogpatch (for now). The manicure and pedicure were great, both lasted for a long while.

I just called asking about prices for a fill-in. I was told they dont do it even though the website says they do and to call for price. After I told her about the site she says, we dont do and hung up! I felt so disrespected! I passed by it last night and thought it would be a nice place to try...guess not!

Ive been going here for the past 4 years. Consistently this has been one of my favorite nail salons and has become a staple of my beauty regimen.

They are so nice! Always take walk ins! Affordable and they do a great job- and make you feel appreciated and special! Dont go anywhere else- they are the best in Potrero/DogPatch

I treated my wife to a manicure and pedicure and they treated her poorly. She was charged the same price as other customers without half of the service. Then they rushed her to pay and then tried adding a high tip in front of her.
