Good staff but theyre a little short-handed on the day I went. I got a acrylic fill for just $55 because they had to replace two of my nails! Love the job they did, they were really understanding about the shape I wanted! These are the results a week out and they still look good!

They rushed us out of the salon and our nails wasnt even fully dried. I would not go back there next time Im in San Francisco for a mini weekend.. I did not taks pictures because they were horrible and embarrassing.. I wish we didnt give them a tip.

3 out of the 4 times I went here in the last couple months, despite the fact I had an appointment, they have left me sitting with acetone on my gel nails in excess of 30 minutes to accommodate walk ins. This is not the worst. Saw one of the women massaging her feet with open sores and bandages and to proceed to work on a new customer without as much as washing her hands. The back of the salon is covered with filthy towels on the floor. The Health Department needs to shut this place down. I am a Registered Nurse and I assure you this place is disgusting.

This is my first time here, just walking in I was greeted by the owner with a warm wonderful welcome and smile . They made us feel at home and so comfortable! Technician did a fantastic pedicure and she is so sweet!! I would recommend this very classy and beautiful nail spa to anyone who likes to be treated with first class service and great manicures and pedicures!

The whole process is very relaxing and you feel like you are in good hands. Everything is clean; the leg massage with hot stones is awesome; the get are properly scrubbed; the nails are looking good. It was especially nice not to feel rushed: my pedicure got finished only a few minutes before closing time; yet i was given plenty of time to make sure that the nail polish would be dry enough for me to put my boots on.

Came here as a walk-in earlier today and am thrilled with my nails. She has an eye for detail and did an amazing job cleaning up my cuticles and reshaping my nails. She helped me pick a color that I love, too.Ill definitely return to this nail salon. Its well worth it!

I walked in and asked if they could do an eyebrow wax, the lady immediately had me go into the room and lay down. She did an awesome job and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The place was clean and everyone was so nice. Next time Im in town Im definitely coming back.!!!

I only go here because my gels last the longest. Sometimes busy, but do their best to get everyone seen quickly. Very friendly! Amazing service. Don’t forget to ask for a punch card! You’ll get a $30 gift card after 10 visits.

I LOVE this place! This is the only place where I get my nails done. All of the nail techs are great! Ive been going here at least once a month for the past 2 years and Im always blown away at how great my nails turn out! Its extremely sanitary and the experience is great! Theyre always super busy so I would recommend making an appointment, even though walk ins are available. The seating is limited for waiting so you may end up standing while you wait, but other than that, this is my absolute favorite nail salon ever!

Got lucky walking in because someone else was late for their appt. I can see why this place gets busy, it is best to make an appointment. They were very kind and professional. Amazing, careful, sterile and clean, gentle service! They were like perfectionist artists. No wonder they have rave reviews, so happy with our experience there today! And will definitely be back.

Pleasant surprise in a great location near Union Square. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The surprise was the prices. $30 for gel manicure - I expected to pay a lot more than that in a downtown SF location.The place is very clean and they were not very busy but instead of sitting around talking, they were all cleaning and checking their supplies.I will definitely come back here if I ever need services when Im in SF.

Visiting SF, randomly called and had a lovely pedicure experience. Clean, caring, and efficient. I did not have open toe shoes and they gave me flip flops without me asking. Appreciate it.

I will only go to get my nails done here from now on. Not only are they reasonably priced, but their staff is amazing and they do the best paint job I have ever had. My gel manicure always lasts at least 2 weeks. I have been to several salons in San Francisco and Sutter Nails is by far the best.

Im not from San Fran but I needed a quick manicure. I stopped by here and I had Lily do my nails. She was lovely and quick, and most importantly, my nails look wonderful. The atmosphere inside was nice and all of the other staff seemed to be kind, too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Hidden gem! I love this place because they are nice and they have me light blue nails that last long. They took my friend and I without an appointment on a busy Sunday.The only bad part is they pressure you to pay cash. I totally get it since bank transactions are pretty expensive. They have an ATM inside the business. Youre not required to pay cash but its recommend.They have a very nice clean public bathroom!

Good prices, but I had to wait forever, the people were so rude, the person who did my gel was only nice when I gave her a tip! I should have not even given her that nice of a tip. Also she cut my cuticles horribly. But i guess you get what you pay for here.

Went in for a pedicure with my fiancé. They were more focused on going as fast as possible to get to the next customer than actually caring about quality with us. My pedicure was maybe 10 minutes, if that. My fiancé’s nails weren’t trimmed and nails weren’t painted all the way (weird, I know). We came here because of the positive reviews, but we will never come back here again. Waste of $25/pedicure.

These girls can really do anything. Great designs, they do a good job shaping your nails and I get compliments every time I get my nails done there ! Loving the stiletto nails and the 3d flowers were cute !!

Why pay for an expensive manicure when it just comes off the same day? I came in on April 23rd and got a manicure with gel polish with my mom. I leave around 12:30pm and by 5:00pm the GEL polish on my thumb on my right hand started peeling off. Now I know how you’re supposed to apply GEL polish, because I’ve gotten my nails done multiple times. Just not my favorite salon. Definitely not coming here again... ALSO, THEY DO NOT TAKE CARD...

I was in town for a few days and normally get my nails done every 2 weeks and was do so I googled “nail salon” and picked them cuz of their ratings. They did a great Job and got me in and out promptly.

Nice ladies, but the overall quality has become sloppy. Went in for a mani pedi and eyebrow waxing. I could have done a better job at home. My nails weren’t painted all the way (which sounds weird even saying) the pedi was just quickly done and my nails weren’t painted all the way as well. Eyebrow waxing, I had to point out some very obvious spots that needed to be plucked after she was done. Needles to say I’ll be looking for another nail Solon.

They ruine my nails! All my nails hurt now and got pink from gel removal. I had a new polish nails for the legs and they did it badly . The damage they made me will last for at least one month.Im not reccomend about this place.

Making an appointment seems a little pointless here, but I didn’t have to wait for long. Overall, great service, quality, and price.

My daughter and I got gel manis. Great prices and the finished mani was good quality. But... They were rough when filing our nails pre-gel application. My daughter had 2 cuticles bleed and my nails are so thin now after removing the gel. Its going to take weeks for new, healthy nails to grow in. Im not sure why they were so rough on us!

Worst Mani Pedi ever! After filing my nails they didnt remove the residue under the nails. The application was bubbly and unprecise. On my request to improve those flaws she proceded to file my nails again and damaged the polish of some nails. After that she just added another coat of color and topcoat, which just was too thick to dry properly.

As an out of towner it is always nice to find places that provide exceptional services. Sutter Nails did not disappoint. I walked in earlier than my appt and they gladly served me. I had a regular mani, pedi and eyebrow waxing. All the ladies were exceptional and the price was very reasonable. The place was very clean and nice atmosphere to relax after a long day of shopping. The next time Im in San Fran I will definitely visit them again!!!!

Got a manicure with Shellac gel polish. Ok quality, but not the best. This was more like a express manicure as overall it took about 35 minutes. They accept cash only and they were really surprised when I asked for a receipt.
