I’ve tried many nail salons out in SF and this is the BEST place to go to get your nails done by far. Kimmy (normal polish pedicure/ massage) and Hong (gel manicure) were absolutely amazing. Although Chau never did my nails, she is so so friendly and has great nail color insight! Overall, A++. Right now cash only.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and I love it! They are always so nice and happy and my gel manicure lasts for weeks! They even help choose the perfect color, when I can’t decide.

A great, manicure every time! Im a huge fan of Chau and Terry and their hardworking staff. Their shop runs smoothly because they care about their customers. I always feel welcomed and comfortable, even on their busiest days. They are kind, reasonable, respectful and friendly.

I had a great experience here. I would recommend making an appointment and coming earlier in the day rather than later. These ladies did a great job and paid close attention to detail. They were personable and the prices were fair. Will come back again!!

I had a walk in appointment today and the front desk was very quick to have me get seated. all the ladies are super nice.. tracy does an awesome job at shaping real natural nails!!

I never leave any review when i have a bad experience but this time I have to say something. The service was the worst I have ever had in any salon. They keep talking in Chinese and laugh while they all look at you, make you feel like they’re making jokes at you. The girl who did my pedicure was so rude and acted like she didn’t care about she was doing or the clients. I will not go back and will make sure to tell all my friends about the bad experience.

I heart Aquatica! The salon is clean, the service is friendly and polite, and the prices for manicures and pedicures are incredibly reasonable.I enjoy getting my nails done here as I always leave super relaxed and happy with the way my hands and feet feel. I cant recommend this salon enough.

They have the worst service in the world I am 15 and the treat like a baby. I I was asking them if my nails were done and they were so mean to me and my cousin and they make us give them a tip never again

My first time here and its close to a friends place. Excellent Mani pedi and it only took an hour total. Mai was my pedicurist and she was perfect.

Amazing owners and staff! While getting my mani-pedi there were so many people walking past the store who knocked on the windows to wave to the staff! That right there tells you a lot. Plus, the expertise you receive is impeccable!

I came here when it was first opening because Richmond Nail Salon where I booked an appointment overbooked. I waited for 20 min. and ask again how much longer and they stated another 30 minutes so I left. Why book an apoointment if your going to make your customer wait for 50 minutes after the appointment time!?I saw Aquatica Nail was just opening and went in to inquire. The owner Chow greeted me, offered me tea, and informed me of the options I had for my nails. I loved the decoration and how clean they were on equipment and sanitation applications so I tried them out that night and never go anywhere else. Thats not the best part. Every single person that works there are friendly and will listen if you want to change style or notice a hang nail to help remove it!I now treat friends and family as presents as well as book for myself on a biweekly basis.

Twice, Ive has regular (non-gel) manicures, and the polish lasted a week before chipping. Usually, my manicures chip within 3 days.

It was a worth customer service wich I ever had. The employee rude and unprofessional. They not respect everyone who come to this salon. Never come again
