Honestly can’t recommend this place enough!!! The owner Heidi is kind, knowledgeable and extremely good! I’ve had my nails done by her and the Skye. Skye is like a legend there. Everyone knows his name and ask him for advice. All the employees are the most kind people. The place is immaculate and well organized. They take covid safety extremely serious while maintaining a comfortable and relaxing environment. If on the fence?! DO IT! Visit them and you’ll surely be hooked.

Had a wonderful 1st time experience getting a dip manicure here with Helen this weekend. The salon felt very safe - temp checks, requested I wash my hands, plastic guards, and photos of colors to select from for gel/dip vs the plastic samples. The manicure itself was extremely thorough - like most thorough manicure I’ve ever had. She took her time, shaped each nail exactly how I wanted it, and did an excellent job with the dip. Hands down the best looking dip manicure I’ve ever had!

Negatives:::I sat for 20 minutes with no communication. Nonone said an appointment went late or anything even though i made an appointment days in advance. When you ask for acrylics its gel.Upsides::::: the price is really really good. 90$ for a full set and gold flake. They also look really nice.

Love love love this nail salon! Heidi can do anything and everything! I wanted something more natural but bright and cute! She hooked me up with the most beautiful fade powder dip nails! They have so many colors to choose from and Heidi is so creative! Relaxing in their massage chairs with a glass of wine or hot tea....I love being spoiled here!

I went here for the first time, as I am new to the city, to get my nails done before my birthday. The original appt took 2 hrs to finish which I didn’t mind at all because the nail artist did a wonderful job and I was very happy with them. However, they broke after just two days when I opened the fridge. I called them and they told me to come in multiple days later to get it fixed for free. I got to the next appt early and they helped me immediately.However I was at this appt for over an hour for one nail fix. While my nail was soaking off one employee asked me if I’d like a shoulder rub while I wait. I said sure if you would like to and she said nothing about a price. Then the nail tech, who was working on another client at the time they scheduled my appt, switched chairs to me causing the other guest to question what time they would be done.My nail artist switched back and forth between us multiple times. There seemed to not be much care to scheduling or time constraints there. My nail was not the same quality as the other nails. It seems as though my tech made a mistake with the sparkles and they covered it up using a different medium to make it look the same. The acrylic is not shaped as well and there are bumps in the acrylic.When they were finished and as I was leaving the other employee came to tell me that I owed $30 for the massage. She said it very quietly. When I very nicely said you didn’t tell me that it was $30 before you started and that I would like to speak to a manager she said no problem no worries you’re good. Overall I just feel as though that wasn’t the best experience especially when I paid $115 for this set to begin with. They shouldn’t have broken on day 2 and I shouldn’t have been at the salon for over an hour for the fix and I shouldn’t have someone try to slick me out of $30.

Spent good money on a gel manicure recently and in just 4 days it’s already peeling off:( I could tell how fast the woman was going that it was possible it would be a fail. Sadly I was right. Won’t be returning.

I read amazing reviews and was sold. I came in for my first time 2 weeks ago for a new set and pedicure. They were all so nice and a ton of PPE in use in conjunction with plexiglass partitions.Covid forms, colors, and price sheet can be scanned with a QR code. Makes it super easy and clean.You’re asked to wash hands upon arrival which I highly appreciate.My toes were nicely shaped and well taken care of.Heidi did my first set and it was beautiful. I got so many compliments from my friends and coworkers! The photo attached is my current fill. I liked my fill even more since she was so fast and my nails look perfect!She’s highly skilled and has amazing colleagues who are all super warm and welcoming.Prices are fair for what this shop is capable of.

Saw their grand opening specials and decided to give them a try. I was very impressed to how clean, modern the spa looked. Had an acrylic gel fill-in manicure. The result was excellent. Glitz N Glam Spa is the place to go if youre in the Richmond area in SF. They pamper you and offer high quality product and services for very reasonable price. Will come back with friends for the mani+pedi, facial, waxing and eye lash extension specials. Highly recommend them.

Hands down one of the best salons in this area. You’re greeted with a friendly smile and offered water, tea or mimosa. The salon itself is incredibly clean and the staff here is lovely. Love this wall art too!!!

I made an appointment with Hidie for a fill after reading other reviews. She was incredibly nice as was everyone else in the shop. The customer service here was great! I picked my colors and showed her some design examples. I got exactly what I wanted! The shape, length and most importantly the design are all on point. That being said, they were not inexpensive, but I also went in knowing that would be the case. For me it is worth the money. If you get what you pay for, I got exactly what I wanted! Ill be coming here for my next fill!

By far the best nail salon Ive been to, and Ive been getting my nails done since I was 17. Ive mostly had sets from Heidi and Van and every time they look even better than what I initially imagined. Holo, chrome, etc they have so much to choose from and everyone is very skilled, you WILL leave happy.

Unlike other salons GNG will always honor appointments and theyre so easy to work with. I can book online or message them for an appointment. The salon is very clean, comfortable and they have so many unique colors. I get DIP manicure and love it! Id already book an appointmet for a group of friends to get our nails done and have girl time and YOU should do the same.

My regular manicurist moved to Houston, Texas... I panicked & she recommend me to a friend who used to work at another shop & is now the owner here... Heidi has taken me on as a client. There’s definitely a bunch of places to go to get my nails done, When you go here make sure to get Heidi she has the most experience and is usually booked.Sometimes they push me off to someone else And it’s hit or miss .This block is definitely coming up with all the new restaurants and the Edge Brows a few shops down !You can get a lot done in one day on this block, microblading, pho, pedicure, tawainese beef noodle soup then send a package to russia and get your hair did !!!!

They spoil you, and they do amazing work on my nails. Place an appointment to avoid waiting, as they can be very busy. The individual attention is unlike any other salon!
