Very rude! I had an appointment with them. When I got there and said that I have an appointment it looked like they were surprised. There are a few nail technicians at that time. All of them were busy with client. The was no way they could take me at my appointment time. I wasn’t welcome at all. Bad hospitality. When I said again that I have an appointment. One of the nail technician replied to me “can’t you see that we are busy”. Horrible experience!

It was okay. I have gotten better service else where for less. When I went, it was the night before the shops were to close again. I might try them again. But it depends.

I went to polish to get my eyebrows waxed and they did an amazing job! I hadnt gotten them waxed in 6 months so things were a bit rough, but I am very happy with the results. The only thing I would say was that the next morning there was a small cut below my brow. I dont know if it was just irritated skin or what, but it was not painful at all. Overall, I love polish, they are very very clean and are taking great precautions due to the pandemic. They took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer before I went in. There was a plexiglass screen between the clients and the beauticians. I felt very very safe. Thank you Polish!

Couldnt have been more excited about my first manicure in 9 months. Unfortunately the experience was a disaster. The owner/technician disappeared mid manicure to wax somebody and I had to call the nail salon numerous times (FROM THE NAIL SALON) to locate the person who just abandoned me mid manicure. Quality issues left me with nails worse off than i arrived (9 months without a manicure). Super bummed out by this experience.

I go here for my wife, I went here with my wife and let me tell you, I was impressed of their work. Real elegant ....and yes I would like to to recommend this to all the wonderful young and the old in the world to this spot to go to. Look no further everyone this is the spot. FYI appointments only. But you can always give them a call and they can reconsider. Love the good vibes here.

My gel manicure had air bubbles and did not cure properly so it was sticky. It was so bad they had to remove it- a two hour ordeal and I left with my nails looking worse. The technicians also kept disappearing for long stretches to do other people’s nails and waxing. Poor quality and poor service.

Ive been coming here since July/15. A co worker brought me in one day and I did gel Mani and regular pedi, their service is beyond good and the quality of the products as well. They have a million options for gel color and regular color and their gel is high end quality!! I always recommend this place to all of my friends and they always love it! The place is super cute and it looks like youre at a super cute girlish french salon.

My experience at Polish was really nice. Its a beautiful setup, lots of colors and brands of nail polish to choose from, and comfy chairs to relax in. My gel manicure looked PERFECT afterwards. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality mani/pedi!
