Fast and friendly cleaners in Noe with plenty of free parking.

I was looking for a cheap but durable alteration solution and I found it here! For $18 they brought in the waist of my Levis jeans. I needed them taken in by more than an inch which Ive been told is a hard thing to do. The final alteration looks great in that my jeans do not appear to be altered! The new cut fits seamlessly with the original seam of the jeans and the pockets do not appear to be slanted or warped. Would definitely come back again with any future alteration needs.

Love this place. Im allergic to most scented detergents, so I bring my own detergent packets. Today when I dropped off my clothes, I realized that I had forgotten the packets. :-( But the owner showed me that she had saved the extra packets I had brought the last time. So I didnt have to go all the way back home, and walk back to the laundromat. I thought that was really sweet of her. :-) Also they have great prices, and my clothes are always folded crisp and clean. Thanks!

What a great find! The service has always been great and the staff very friendly. They offer same day service and the pricing was very reasonable. My laundry has always been done when promised and never had a missed or damaged item.

First time doing dry cleaning with Jack’s, and found small holes in each one of my clothing items (all roughly the same size) after picking them up.Confident that there were no holes in these pieces before, and the same dimensions/locations of holes in the slacks I dropped off makes me think something happened during their cleaning process.The staff is friendly and I had a good experience with them during drop off and pickup, but I will not be returning.

Outstanding! Great job on clothes, whether washing or dry cleaning. Great prices. I am proud to patronize this wonderful mom-and-pop business in Duboce Triangle. Ive been using them for two decades. So many are disappearing. We must value the gems that remain.Sue is an absolute sweetheart. Did you know she put THREE kids through college with this business? Doesnt look it, but that is a strong, strong legacy. I moved away to another neighborhood a couple of years ago, but I still keep coming back. I feel that strongly that businesses like this are an essential part of San Francisco that can never be replaced.

Going there for 14 years - never an issue or disappointment. Sue and her staff are wonderful. Great prices. Convenient in and out, with 2 ten-minute parking places adjacent.
