Wow! So Impressed that I had to immediately writer a review the second I got to my computer. Kens watch replacement prices are unbeatable, very quick (did 4 watches in under 30 min) and he even fixed my watch bracelet link w/o charging for it! I had been going to Macys but it was never as quick (come back the next day or 2) and way more expensive. Will bring all my watches back to Ken, who noted hes been there for 50 years so you can trust him as well!

Called to see if they could replace my watch band (I had stripped the bolts). He said, Come on, in! SO I did. And I was in and out in about 15 mins. Great value and access.

I had a great experience at Ken Jewelry. They fixed my watch on the spot and it was only $8. Very nice and experienced people! According to the owner, they are moving to 20th St. so keep an eye out.

I came in to change the battery on my watch. I was a little weirded out by the fact that the person working here didnt leave his desk to greet me, but he actually ended up being a really nice man, and pretty experienced. The shop is nothing fancy, has a ton of options for keys and watches and watch band replacements. Also has some jewelry, but it all looks similar to cheap stuff youd find in Chinatown minus the inflated price tag. It cost $15 to replace the battery on my watch.
