Angel runs an excellent team here.Coaches are highly skilled and attentive. Programming is well thought out and fun with great attention to skill development and injury prevention. Class sizes are not large like other gyms so you can be assured of getting feedback, attention, and motivation. Great community of members.Love it and highly recommend it for anyone.

Not the best. The coach here left to get food mid-wod once, and said that he would probably never learn the presumably simple app that basically every single other crossfit coach ever has learned to program the clock. Flagship is nicer!
