I absolutely love this company. This company has been helping me find new employment since 2014. Not only is the Owner, Mary Ann amazing and great to talk to, the employees she has working for the company are AMAZING. One of their Recruiting Associates messaged me saying my background fits one of their open roles for their client. They asked me to come in for an in-house interview at the agency to further discuss the role. Once I got there, they said by looking at my resume, I was not a good fit. They didnt bother to send my resume to their client. I dont understand why they asked to meet with me if they knew I wasnt a fit for the role. Their process is disorganized and it was a complete waste of time.
