Had a consult with Doctor Sodeifi about a pretty rough dental condition. Hands-down the best interaction I have ever had with a medical professional - incredibly detailed analysis of the situation, a thorough decision tree about diagnoses, treatment and outcomes. Unlike the all-too-typical rushed and brief consult, he had no end of explanation and discussion to share. Very grateful and recommended without reservation.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out after they were causing me immense pain. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease and they explain everything very well. The surgery went great and 2 weeks later my teeth feel better than they have in a long time. I would highly recommend SFSA.

Today I had both of my bottom wisdom teeth taken out (did top ones a few years ago in Germany) at SF Surgical Arts! The reason why I still had my bottom ones was that when I went to take out the top ones 5 years ago, the oral surgeon told me that with the bottom teeth one of them had grown around a nerve and that there was a higher chance in my case of having a numb lip and chin for the rest of my life. That freaked me out and I decided to procrastinate (aka hope technology would evolve and they would be able to laser my tooth out or sth like that in the future 😅). Fast forward to now I had been ouchy for 4 days, way longer than I had ever been before which had made the procrastination possible. So I went for the oral surgeon with the most reviews about complicated procedures, since I knew I was going to be one. And god am I glad I waited and went with Dr. Hoghooghi. He did gasp when he saw my X-Ray (🤦🏻‍♀️) and asked why I hadn’t visited him 15 years ago 😅🙈. He also told me the same what the other surgeon had told me regarding higher chances of nerve damage and confirmed my suspicion that I had an infection. So yeah, it was not looking like it was going to be a rosy procedure 😰. But he also calmed me by saying that in his many years he had never had a patient with permanent nerve damage so he would do his best to keep that record. Everyone in the staff was very accommodating and calming. They wanted to see photos of my daughter, chit chatted which super helped with my anxiety. They prepared me for the operation flawlessly and I dozed off and it was all done in a blink of an eye. I didn’t have full anesthesia but the softer version... sth with deep conscious...but it worked 🙂. The doctor told my hubby that everything went well and that he doesn’t think he hurt the nerve because I didn’t bleed much which is a good indicator. Once home I was still worried since I couldn’t feel anything at all between my upper lip and bottom chin. But after the hours passed, sensation came back and now I can feel everything again!!! I’m soooooo relieved 😊. So I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hoghooghi for complicated procedures!

As most unsuspecting people, I was informed that I had to get my wisdom teeth removed (the horror). To make it more complicated, my teeth we impacted and I needed a specialist to operate on them.I was referred to Dr Massoomi and honestly I couldnt have asked for a better doctor. After my first X Ray I knew I was in trouble and knew it would take lot of work (and pain) to get through this. Its thanks to Dr Massoomi that it was as efficient and as quick as it could have been. Throughout the process (consultation, surgery, post care) he was extremely professional, polite, understanding of my concerns and making sure I was comfortable and doing okay. He was very informative and advised me on all my options without forcing me towards any path. The surgery itself was quick and without any incident. I am all better now and would definitely recommend him for anyone for looking for an amazing and competent oral surgeon.
