I have ordered two custom outfits from IB. The service was brilliant. Delivery on the first outfit was delayed due to weather but it still came on time. Overall staff have been friendly and helpful. They even called to check if everything was okay afterwards. Looking forward to order again. I have loads of custom ideas.

India Boulevard made me look like royalty for my reception! I reached out to them just a few weeks before my wedding as I made a quick decision that I wanted to change outfits - Im so happy I did! The outfit was timely but also of very good quality and design work. A lot of kudos to the CEO and her lean staff. They were very responsive and constantly in communication with me. I cant wait to design another outfit through them!

I have to say, the customer service at Kyra and Vir surpassed my expectations! I was looking for a designer who could make a custom Alice in Wonderland inspired dress for my LOs 1st birthday party. I reached out to several shop owners but none of them were able to bring my visions to life. I was ready to give up when I accidentally found Kyra and Vir.I noticed that they specialize in adult clothing so I thought it would be a waste of my time to reach out. I took the chance anyway and reached out to them via chat at around 1 AM EST. I didn’t expect anyone to respond since it was so late! But, boy, was I wrong. The designer not only responded to me quickly but she gave me her cell number so that we could talk and finalize details. She was excited to help bring my visions to life and didn’t turn me away like the other people I reached out to. Plus, the price was fair unlike the price points of the other shops I came across.The designer showed me many examples until we were able to decide on one that I loved. She responded to my questions and concerns quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Can I say that the dress is more than I expected it to be? Everyone in my family fell in love and my daughter looked like a doll when we tried it on her. I can’t wait for her to wear it on her big day. Akta is wonderful! She assists with every step of the way! I am from NY and being that I wasnt able to see my outfit along the process was nerve wrecking, but I just hoped for the best! The number of compliments I got on my Dusty Rose Lehenga, custom made by India Boulevard Team, is insane!! Additionally, all my relatives were surprised that I got it made from the US. This was my first time shopping online for an outfit so I ordered only one and decided to buy the rest from India. But oh boy, I regretted not ordering all my outfits from IB website. The price point and quality of your outfits is really commendable. I couldnt find such toned down shades and hues from best of shops in India. Everything was either too bright in color or embossed with glitter. At one point my mom said, You should buy your outfits from the Website you liked instead of checking out 100 different stores here.haha

I already posted this on facebook but Im hoping the more people that see this, the better. Of note, I waited before posting this originally on FB until I got a response from the company that essentially was sorry not sorry. They responded immediately via Facebook yet still no email followup after the review. I wish I had read reviews on Facebook prior to ordering. Cheap, cheap, cheap ugly material that did not look at all like the pictures I had sent them. I sent pictures of the custom sized anarkali to multiple people who all responded with wow thats super ugly and cheap looking. They seemed to have arbitrarily charged me $300 when I said that was the limit of the budget and it looks like something you could buy for rs 2000 or less in India; in fact, I got the same customs paperwork with the piece that stated the value of the parcel was rs 2000 as stated in a previous review on Facebook. I feel like I was completely duped, especially bc you have to pay before they start the design. The business model makes zero sense. Their customer service reps are very nice but the company did not offer me a refund or discount at all on the piece when they did not have material I would have preferred and when I was incredibly unsatisfied with the fabric options they had. They actually had the gall to offer me a 10% discount on a future order...as if I would ever shop there again. Ive already informed multiple of my South Asian friends in the market for weddings, engagements etc to never ever shop here. Youre better off with another company or just straight going to India. Save your money and do not get scammed!!!!!

I am so impressed with India boulevard! Absolutely fantastic customer service! I was a bit wary ordering a custom outfit online but there is NOTHING to worry about when ordering from here. From the get go - even when just enquiring, the customer service was fantastic! I mainly spoke to Alex and Akta who were both lovely and SO helpful! Compared to other customised outfits Ive got, the turnaround was pretty quick (3-4 weeks) so this was another plus! Great communication, stuck to timelines, resolved any issues immediately and happy to answer any questions promptly throughout. Helped with the custom measurements as well - did this over FaceTime! I was worried about this as Id never measured myself before for a custom outfit but with their help the outfit fits me perfectly! Made the entire experience so enjoyable! Lovely ladies and excellent customer service! X

Having seen IndiaBoulevards work on Instagram, I got into contact with them via their website. They were very responsive and helped me customise the perfect lengha for my cousins wedding. Im not usually one for ordering Indian outfits online as I find they can be deceiving on websites, however having seen IB work on social media, and following them for a while I knew they were trustable. Their input during the whole process was amazing. Once the outfit was made, they sent me a picture of the lengha, and it was exactly what I had visioned. There were elements of the outfit which I wanted to change and IndiaBoulevard were happy to make these amendments before shipping over which was satisfying. I received a lot of compliments with this outfit, i.e. nice colours, unique, different. Thank you IB. Look forward to buying more outfits.very passionate about their work
