Just received my wedding invitations and they are gorgeous!! I found customer service to be very helpful and prompt- I used the online chat to revise a mistake I made and the customer service agent was very attentive and helpful. The designers are great- I requested multiple design changes and all were done beautifully. I received my order several days prior than expected ( even with the design change requests!)and I am thrilled with the quality. I will definitely use Minted again !!!
I love this website! I order my Christmas cards here every year and its such a tough decision to choose my favourite (and only choose 1 design). This place offers such quality, so many options.I love the other items theyre starting to offer as well - art and homewares. I can trust the quality I get from the site.There is no better quality or more fair price. Forget places like Artifact Uprising. This place reigns supreme and offers so many better, customizable higher quality options.
Do not order anything from Minted, you won’t know you are SOL until it is too late. I ordered Christmas cards schedules to arrive December 14th and despite calling several times and being assured my cards are being overnighted, today it says they are still in production. If they were behind they should have been straight forward and I would’ve ordered elsewhere not it is too late :( Similar thing happened to my co-worker awaiting wedding invitations, she picked the wrong time of year!
Ive been ordering from Minted for years. In the past, Minteds products and service had always met/exceeded my expectations. However, this year, I am beyond disappointed with the level of service (or lack thereof) I have received with my annual holiday card order.I placed my $558 holiday card order (#412921218) on December 7 with the $35 rush shipping upgrade and was told Id receive my order by December 16. I received last years $502 holiday card order within 3 days of placing my order. However, this year, I figured it may take a few extra days due to heightened COVID-related safety protocols and shipping delays. However, unfortunately, it is now December 17 (10 days after I placed my rush order), and I still havent received my order.Yesterday, Minted moved my estimated delivery date from December 16 to December 18. They didnt email me or notify me in any way to let me know my order is delayed. Rather, I found out by proactively checking my order status on their website. At the very least, I would expect Minted to email me or text me to let me know theyre running a bit behind. Im disappointed that no one at Minted cared enough to contact me.It is now December 17. I have emailed and called Minted several times but havent received any resolution or any reason why my estimated delivery date has been pushed back. Based on all of the other customers stories of not receiving their holiday cards in a timely manner along with repeated reports of Minteds lack of communication, Im becoming increasingly concerned I will not receive my cards by the new estimated delivery date of December 18 (11 days after my $558 rush order was placed). If Minted wasnt sure if they would be able to fulfill my order within their promised time frame, I wish they would have let me know BEFORE I placed my order.Minted, please contact me and let me know whats going on!
Ordered holiday cards from Minted for years with no issues. Id give them 5 stars for variety and quality of holiday cards.However, I signed up for the Minted More service and the first year was great. Second year, the discount I received for the cards was essentially the cost of the Minted More service so it was a wash in theory. After waiting three months, I have yet to receive the Minted More box of curated items (assorted cards, gift wrap, and what was listed as a table runner or napkins but has now changed to a pillow).I contacted customer service multiple times and was told the box was shipping but never received it. Customer service seems to be routed to a call service out of the US and communication is difficult. Its been over three months and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. Finding a mailing address or email for Minted is difficult. I am canceling my Minted More subscription and advise others to avoid this company; customer service is abysmal.
Horrible experience - had error after error when I tried to order save the dates. First - the website was so slow, didnt save my designs, and changed my order details after the fact ( I ordered proofs). THEN when I emailed customer service to get the proofs, they refused to send the proofs and submitted the save the dates to production. I then received error-filled save the dates and have been chasing customer service for a week to fix them. While they seem to have a great selection, stay away - not worth the headache of dealing with these issues.
Terrible service, very poor quality photos, they never take calls, no response to my $300 order and they charged my credit card! I have waited weeks to a change in my proof with no help from anyone at this company. Lots of emails just saying they are working on the problem with nothing done. I honestly think it is a scam
Don’t order from Minted! The worst customer service. Zero knowledge. Zero help. Couldn’t tell me where my order was. They were rude. Did not want to help. I still have yet to get an answer after speaking with 4 diff people.

We ordered Save the Date magnets from Minted for our wedding this past Memorial Day Weekend. The quality was great, and although our wedding has passed, we are happy to report that family and friends are still using the magnets!
Definitely not worth the money. Spent way too much on Christmas cards for the size/quality they came in on, you can even tell there’s foil. Won’t use again or be recommending to anyone.
A seasonal opportunity to work for Minted seemed like such an opportunity to be creative and flourish. Instead this system that use to roll over the heavy work flow during the holiday season felt like a sweat shop. Theres soo much pressure to deliver exceedingly high quotas that there is hardly time to think yet alone be creative. Its just a do or die situation and you are cant count on the income because its an on-call ordeal also. Which means your expected to be available and if your not you get the boot. Steer clear of this seasonal job!
Maybe things have changed since Imani posted. Im working seasonal and my design skills have increased tremendously (plus you can submit your own unique designs to contests). I am getting full 40 hour work weeks. Minted also employ many diverse races, genders, orientations, and treats everyone with respect. I work in the Oakland office which is said to be a little more laid back.As a company and service to customers, Minted delivers high-quality products from customizable holiday or wedding cards, wedding websites, home decor, party decorations, fine art, and even custom art like foil-pressing your childrens drawing so it shines, then adding a custom frame. Im always finding something new on their site. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make their family look really impressive, while also supporting featured designers and artists.[Edit]: And 2 years later Im making 6 figures at another company. Minted was a great stepping stone.

This company somehow found out we were getting married even before we had set up any registries with companies that might sell our information. When called they couldnt tell me how they got my info and told me three times over three different calls weeks apart that they would get back with me, but of course never did.
Couldnt be happier with our order, would definitely recommend!
