I should have read the reviews before stopping by this place. I had a small hole in from of my pants and she promised they’ll do their best. I knew it was imposible to be perfect again but when I picked it up today I was in shock how they ruined the pants. It is worst than before I’ll have to throw the pants away I can’t wear them anymore. Even an amateur would do a better job. My pantsssss ruined :( please avoid this place.

I had a silk dress and some silk pants where the fabric ripped from the stichting. Both were beautifully repaired.

I dropped off an outfit for an alteration. The staff was nice and said they would get back to me. I appreciated there kindness.

Horrible customer service! I went to SOMA cleaners 1 for all of my dry cleaning for a few months. The last time I went in, I picked up my dress shirt and found a sizable rip in my sleeve. I brought it back to them and they told me they would send it to their facilities to have it evaluated and would call me soon. Months went by and I never heard from anyone. I finally decided to go in to see what was going on. They had my shirt on the rack with an attached letter telling me that my shirt was worn out so it was essentially my fault. This was one of the most poorly handled customer service experiences Ive ever received. I wont be returning to a place that doesnt value their customers nor their customers clothing. Ill be sure to let all of my friends in the area know which dry cleaner to avoid.

Friendly, fast and really good. I trust them with all my dry cleaning and alterations. I have been a satisfied customer for two years now.

Stopped by to taper a pair of jeans - they recommended to hem it instead based on the look I was going for. Jeans are way too short and still look baggy. Oh, and the hem took 10 days and charged 18.50 and they didnt even keep the original hem.

This is has to be one of the worst dry cleaners in the Bay Area. I brought in a $1500.00 coat to have dry cleaned and it came back dirtier than when I brought it in. The owner who refused to give her name said there are no guarantee in SF that they are not responsible. There are no signs in this business that states No Guarantees anywhere. She refused to give me back my money and gave me lingo that she is not responsible because she is after all Soma Cleaners and again since there is no guarantee she refused to give me back the outrages amount that she charged for the cleaning.

Dont go this cleaner. I have never got this quality of service from others. My jacket got damage by high pressure. Moreover, they failed to remove stain from my jacket. She didnt apologize and compensate about this. There is the worst cleaner where I have ever been.
