I have had tons of clothes altered at HB because they are the best... really, the best. Great price, amazing service, sweet people. Its a trifecta you rarely find.

Easily the best alteration service I have encountered. Ive taken three pieces to them, including a cashmere sweater that required very delicate reweaving, and all their work was flawless and reasonably priced.

This place is amazing, I brought in a jacket that had a huge hole from the zipper snagging along the fabric. The fabric was polyester so it’s not easy to just stitch up. Instead she completed reconstructed the zipper to where the hole was and it looks good as new! Safe to say I’ll bring all of my clothing that needs some TLC here now. :)

I had two polos shortened from long-sleeve to short-sleeve, each on two separate occasions. Both polos were the same size. And the work was done within three months of each other.The first time, I was charged $20.00. Today, I was charged $35.00.I will never, EVER, use their services again.

They were okay. They seemed bothered to have to interact with me. I got three pairs of jeans altered and each one was a bit different than the last... Quite dramatically I might add.I dont think Ill take future clothes here. It was too difficult to get here and too hard to communicate what you wanted.

Horrible experience. I told them I wanted the bottom of my dress altered, which they did. I also wanted the straps of my dress altered both sides and from the back and front of the straps because the chest area was a bit lose. But instead they trimmed the waist 1-2 inches which was NOT what I asked for. and they only altered the back of the dress and the front is still lose. Now I only have 1 day to find something new to wear to my event and I wasted over 130 dollars on alterations alone.

I had two silk kimonos taken in. The craftsmanship was very well done. I will go here again in the future.

They hemmed my jeans and did a better job than anyone else Ive worked with. It did cost $15 for a new hem ($20 to keep the original) but it was worth it.
