Ms. Lan is such a sweet Vietnamese lady. I wear suit 5 days per week for my wealth management job and she is my only choice for custom tailor works.Her cost is the best in the entire Bay Area.A must go for if you want your suit looks hi end

What a great experience! I needed a bridesmaids dress tailored from floor length to knee length and Lan was able to do this for me without any hesitation. The dress looks great 😃 Alternations are cash only so just keep that in mind. Theres a Chase bank at the corner so easy to grab cash if you forget. She does all kinds of alterations as well, not just formal wear.

Amazing work. Thoughtful, talented and the sewing is out of this world. She also helps you work out what might be best for an alterations, and has always been right! Lan is lovely, talented and caring. What more is needed?!

Amazing!!Sam saved me for a wedding I was in town for. My suit did not arrive in time so I had it shipped here. I found Lans and was not disappointed at all. Same day service, and my vest and pants came out perfect!If you need any work done - visiting or local - this is the only place to go. FYI - They dont take cards, but there is an ATM around the corner

Not only did the lady pretty much guess my size perfectly but she also worked to make sure I looked good for the party I was attending. I know Ill be going here again when I need a good looking tux. Note that they dont accept AMEX anymore as it is shown in one of the photos. No big deal though!

I was not pleased with my wedding dress alterations. The first fitting was very quick, she did not even do all the buttons on the back. When I returned the top did not fit well, it was baggy above my bust (I ended up wearing 3 bras to make the best of a bad situation.) I showed her what I was unhappy with and she basically told me thats just the shape of the dress, theres nothing she can do to make it better. The lace was sewn sloppily on the shoulders, and the bustle was made with a large silver clip that was very visible in all the photos.For $250 she did a hem, took the shoulders up a little, and made a three hook bustle. Unfortunately, thats cheap for SF wedding alterations, but I would not recommend anyone come here with their wedding dress.

I was in need of a Tuxedo and found Lans after doing an online search. The other reviews were accurate and I was happy with the whole experience. The owner was very friendly and wasted no time finding a great Tux for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. A +

This lady should retire. She ruined both of my dresses I brought in to get altered! She barely measured me, one dress was done unevenly and the second dress she altered and cut the wrong strap. Everything was done sloppy, messy and completely unprofessionally.Do not use this shop, its really poor unprofessional establishment with someone who should not be in business doing alterations. The mistake of going to this shop cost me hundreds of dollars because of two ruined dresses. Plus, she is nothing even close to friendly or knowledgeable or nice.

Called to ask about a suit before i can describe it they said they dont have it but i see it on there site 360 photo. ill never shop here. How can you not have certain suit if i try to describe it and before i can finish they dont havent. Being rush off the phone. If i could score ill give you a negative 10.

Ive been going to Lan for 15 years. She has done intricate tailoring, remade clothing, made clothing (vests and shirts) from scratch. Lan is amazing, always sweet, always on time, always quality work. I am a magician and shes had some very complex orders from me, they are always done correctly.
