They show you respect, they get all my needs done like money orders, money gram pick up, reloading my ace debt card. Its perfect for me. Just sad that there is only 1 Ace Cash Express in San Francisco. Im glad its right across the street from me. Thank you Ace employees you are awesome!

The lady behind the register today around 6 pm was very disrespectful to me. Offered me little to no help, showed no sympathy for my situation, and did not try to guide me through the process with any help. Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life, will not be coming back. Respect makes a business. Wish I could have spoken to a manager.

I like the service. Very prompt. Very informative. For example, on the debit card, I was given a thorough breakdown on what I can use the card for and was given a temporary card. I was told when my actual debit card was going to arrive, and how to activate it.

HEAVYN the clerks name took my $300.00 3-$100 bills left it on counter did not ask me anything but my name walk over to help customer next window over next to me while the other clerk had sold her MO, and her customer walked away over to my clerk asking to buy a envelope and postage in Spanish. MY Clerk ealk to empty window next me -This customer from whom other clerk sold moneyorder to. The other clerk across the isle to last window took new male customer. My clerk walked away to window next to me to start speaking in spanish to customer selling an envelop, postage, asking for her ID, filling out her envelope other infomation ect...writing her name for her and finally i ask her what she was doing? She hadnt finished any of our transactions.She said it will be just a second.It wasnt. I ask again 5 minutes later dhe said she would just take a few minutes...i ask again Why havent you(she)finished my transaction my paperwork, put my money away, given me paperwork to sign, give me my check back? She said i had to wait. SO i ask other clerk to finish helping me my clerk wasnt helping me i wanted my check back. I Wanted a reciept for my $300.00 payment.She needed to sign reciept where it stated signature of Employee she she refused coped attitude multiple times i was unimportant the other lady needed more help more important to stop helping me and help the other clerks customer who was helping someone else and didnt want to help her and didnt want to fill anything out for her-customer either so my clerk stop to help her and sell her other items postage? 1 envelope .64 cents she was paid i believe. She ask the other clerk to find my check after i ask 3 times of her and two times the other clerk to return my check and give me my payment reciept the other clerk per my clerk telling her i was impatient not willing to wait? to give my receipt she didnt need me to sighn it and told other clerk to find my check it took awhile for anyone to help me. My clerk continued to help the other Spanish lady who couldnt fill out a envelope with her name and address.It was really awful service and questionable to leave money out not completeing my transaction or asking me if i had other business or giving me my check back? Why would she be reluctant to hand me back my check?
