Getting an accurate estimate and scheduling was SO EASY. Ken was very friendly. Even when my phone glitched out, he reached out to me to make sure we finished our conversation. The gentleman who came to clean had to work around me, kids, a dog, and painters at the house and did so with a friendly demeanor and a mask on at all times. He was on time and the work was great! No more dog smell and my carpet is good as new!

He also confirmed the cleaning again the day before and let us know the names of the technicians coming the day of - We got the A Team with Rachel, William and Katherine who were all three very professional and personable. They worked together shampooing and then steam cleaning the carpets. William even did final carpet brushing which I had never seen before. I requested a quote on their website and they responded within minutes. The price was very affordable and fair. I had some delicate fabrics (pure wool rug, linen sofa, and chenille ottoman) and they turned out perfectly. Sparkling Carpets performs a multistep, very deep cleaning and their products smell fresh. The cleaning team was focused and efficient, but very conscientious and thorough. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We had a pretty bad, old, nasty coffee stain on an area wool rug. I called at least 5 vendors before coming upon Sparkling Carpets. No one wanted to be bothered; even when the service was listed on their website. Im not sure if it was COVID or laziness. Anyway, Sparkling Carpets were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. They had an expert technician out within a week and the job took less than an hour. Not only was the rug cleaned, I was educated on the process. I would recommend Sparkling Carpets if you want efficient results.

Sparkling Carpets helped us with two large area rugs and our white sectional. While there were stains that just wouldnt budge, our white sofa looks way better than before and I know its definitely cleaner. We are very glad we used their services! They also were very helpful when we had issues in our remodel that shifted the timeline (once very last minute).

I called to find out more info on cleaning cowhide rugs and Sparkling Carpets got back to me right away. They were so considerate and drove out to my house to take a look at the rug to give me a more accurate estimate/quote and picked the rug up to clean it. It was very reasonable to clean my pet stained cowhide/leather rug and the turn around time was 1 week - way better than the 10 days - 2 weeks I was quoted by a laundromat! They brought the rug back to me and it looks great! They even lubricated it for me to keep it in good condition because it was dry. These guys are very educated in the industry and were so helpful! I needed two very dirty area rugs and a dirty stairwell rug cleaned. They were so stained and dirty, I thought there was no hope. Ken sent a team of three professionals out to my house, and they did an amazing job! The rugs and the stairway look better than new, all of the stains are gone, they look absolutely perfect! Meh. They steamed cleaned the carpet with their machine that produced the most horrible smell. The funk of all the houses they cleaned poured into my home from their machine. I had a water stain by my washer and dryer I requested to be remove. They claim to be pros but did not know how to remove the stain. I later figured out how to remove the stain by using a high PH solution with a hot water flush to remove all the left over cleaning solutions in bedded in the carpet. Thank you YouTube! These guys had no clue. I wasted $150 using their service.

Ken has always been extremely professional and he and his employees have done an outstanding job with the cleanings. They were prompt and efficient and really brightened up my carpets. It is incredible how quickly they get dirty and I forget how good they look until they get cleaned again. I had some coffee stains in my office that I thought were too difficult to remove during their last appointment, but they luckily were able to get the stain out with their chemicals and elbow grease. Ben was very thorough, personable, and professional-I highly recommend him! I called for a carpet inspection and Ken set me up with an appointment for the same day. Due to an error in the passing along of my information, I never heard from my serviceperson. I was a bit put out but Ken contacted me directly to rectify the situation and had a tech come out the very next day. He even gave me a discount for the difficulty. Ben the tech arrived the next day (on a weekend no less!) He went above and beyond to make sure the declining state of our aging carpet was well-documented. Finding a good carpet cleaner is very difficult. These guys came out on time and worked on the rugs longer than anyone Ive ever had out. Exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. At first I was afraid that using a machine wouldnt work as well vs having a truck mount but it worked perfectly. I will use them in the future for sure!

I paid $195 to have my staircase carpet cleaned, nothing else. It was stress free and Ken was extremely professional and responsive to communicate with. The service technician arrived 5 minutes before the end of the 1 hour window I was given and took a while to get setup. Admittedly our place is tricky, through a courtyard up a flight of exterior stairs and then the staircase leading inside our unit, which was the one in need of cleaning. Overall we are pretty happy and would use again for move out. I didnt like that my husband slipped on a step outside because the steps were left wet and slippery. Raoul, the technician instead of apologizing said oh, I saw what happened you missed a step. Also, I received an email from Ken saying if you have additional areas that you need carpets cleaned like say hallway or bedroom or so, we could include that in this same price. Just wanted to let you know, so as to be fair and reasonable, which I thought was a very kind gesture. I said we have hardwood everywhere else but had a couch that could use cleaning we were quoted another $55 so it came off as more of an upsell instead of a kindness. That is just some feedback, I would not dissuade anyone from using Sparkling carpets. Rauol showed me how dirty the water was that came out of the carpet so that made me feel better.
