Lidia and her team have been cleaning my apartment now for a few years, and they are very professional and reliable. They do a great job and even clean my dishes! We also had her team clean for our move out during covid and received our full security deposit back partly due to their efforts. I recommend them completely!

Sunshine house cleaning deep cleaned our house when we moved out. They went above and beyond! They arrived on time. Cleaned absolutely everything — the drawers, the fridge, the oven, etc. Moved some big items for us to ensure every inch is cleaned. I am extremely impressed, especially given that it’s SF where you don’t normally encounter such a high level of service.

We hired Sunshine House Cleaning SF for a move-out cleaning of the kitchen. The kitchen is huge and had serious build-up of grease from frying food and grime from wearing shoes indoors on the tile. Two cleaners got it SPARKLING in just an hour. Amazing value, excellent work, and I will definitely hire them again for any future cleaning needs.

Due to the covid-19 situation, I am working from home.I was tired of keep cleaning my apartment myself.I contacted this company and Lidia was so responsive and booked me with just one day notice.Two ladies arrived on time next day, the were taking all the precautions wearing face mask, gloves and shoe covers.They left my place looking and smelling great!They are heroes, they are definitely essential in this difficult time.Totally recommend them👍🏼

I used Sunshine House Cleaning for my first ever home cleaning and Im amazed at what my house could look like after a thorough cleaning. The whole experience from initial contact with Lidia and Alberto to scheduling through text to paying was easy. The ladies that cleaned our house were hard working, thorough, and incredibly sweet. They also got up months of grime in a glass shower stall that weve spent hours trying to clean ourselves. Would absolutely recommend this wonderful company!

Low quality cleaning and disrespectful management. Their warranty is a joke!I ordered the move-in cleaning for an empty 2b/2b freshly repainted house. I sent the detailed list of what I needed cleaned and Lidia confirmed ALL of it was included. I also specifically called out items I did not need cleaned, like all new appliances, doors, switch plates.They gave me an estimate or $225 for 4-5 hours of cleaning.I did a walk through with the cleaner and she acknowledged all areas that needed cleaning. I also pointed out the new appliances did NOT need cleaning.3 hours later Lidia texted me to pay $300 because the cleaning was taking longer. I asked why they needed more time since the cleaner saw everything that morning. She then just agreed to stick to her original quote.I came to check the house and found several areas that were not cleaned: bedroom closets, bathtub, kitchen cabinets, backsplash, front porch. Some windows were spot cleaned, which actually made them look dirtier, others were not cleaned at all. Floors had dirty mop traces. They insisted everything had been cleaned. I ran my finger inside one of the cabinets and it was visibly dirty. The cleaner got on my white kitchen counters, wearing her sneakers and wiped the shelves for about 5min (did not even bother wiping down the counters after walking all over them). Their verdict: there was dust in the house and it was tough to clean. Yes, there was dust in the house. I specifically noted that when I asked for the quote. Why would I order cleaning for a CLEAN house??? I also saw traces of wet cloth inside my brand new fridge and oven, which I specifically asked NOT to clean. I can see how new appliances are nicer to clean, but why would I pay for that? and then pay extra to clean what I actually needed?I called Lidia and said I was not satisfied with the result. She basically told me thats all they were gonna do, particularly since I refused to pay extra. I had already wasted enough of my time and I just wanted it to be over. I try to write them a check - they dont accept checks. She tells me to pay with Venmo. Note: I had asked about the form of payment twice to make sure I have it ready but received no answer. By then Im late to a meeting and tell them Id sort out venmo later that day. Within the next 2 hours I get 3 texts demanding payment.This was a very disappointing experience AND I had to clean the place myself.

Professional service, good price, and great cleaning!

Unfortunately I have to go with a big NO on this one. At first I thought they were great because they were flexible with scheduling which I needed as I generally work from home. You can schedule and twice confirm an appointment and they are generally late which throws off my day. On top of that the cleaning is pretty quick and not much attention to detail (ie: lamps go un-dusted, dishes left behind, garbage left in the foyer, etc.). This last time was my final straw. I came home to dirty dishes left undone, dust on surfaces, and worse they either took or threw away all 5 of my BiRite re-useable totes. I addressed it with them and was told they dont do dishes or run dishwashers as a service and that my bags were thrown away because they were in the trash. They were not in the trash they were hanging in my kitchen were they always stay. :/ Absolutely no resolution for any of this. I will say they have great prices but you get definitely get what you pay for, bad customer service and underwhelming results.
