Chen-Dry by Leonard is excellent service I recommend to anyone very professional and knowledgeable.

I had stains on my steps and rugs that I thought wouldn’t come out. This company actually scrubs the stains clean before they use the machine. No other company has ever cleaned my carpets like this. I’m very pleased.

Easy to schedule and definitely most reasonably priced after calling around to several other cleaners. However, the cost was higher when they got to my house than what they had originally quoted. We had Mike come into our house during COVID, and it seemed like he tried to take precautions. He originally was only wearing a face shield, and we asked him to wear a face mask which he was happy to, but he did take the face shield off. However, he was wearing a mask with a valve, which is not at the same level of protection or effectiveness. Neither pet stain in my rug came out (I wasnt really expecting a miracle, but maybe just minor improvement? It looks worse if anything now) and there was some soap residue left on my sofa in a form of a light stain. I think the rug and sofa feel cleaner...? But not sure I see a big difference. Great job by Chemdry. Thanks to our technician Mike for doing a super job cleaning all our area rugs. Leonard was very helpful when i called for a quote and to set up the appointment and he answered all my questions very patiently. I received a reminder call the previous day and Mike called 20 mins before arriving. Arrived on time, wore a mask and shoe covers as he inspected all the rugs. Gave me a cost breakdown prior to the cleaning. Was very professional, responsible and cleaned up after.Things to note:Padding remained dry after the rug was cleaned, wooden floor under rugs without a padding was dry as well, so perfectly safe for wooden floors.The rugs are not too wet post cleaning.No smell at all!I had scotch guard treatment applied to two of my large area rugs (12x14) to protect from pet stains, again no smell.Excellent service, thank you!

SO AMAZING! If I could give more stars, I would. Had such a good experience. The guys who came to clean my couch were so good at their job plus they were super pleasant and funny. Happy to have them come back anytime the couches need a refreshing :)They values covid safety rules and were very nice. Even cleaned up the extra couch at no charge.

Excellent work on white Berber wool. Got some stains up that haven’t come up with previous cleaners. Mike was professional and thorough. Very pleased.

I needed to get the carpet on two sets of stairs cleaned (32 stairs overall). The whole process was great! Making the appointment was quick and easy. Mike arrived on time, was/is very friendly and most importantly, did a great job. The stairs look brand new! At one point, Mike showed me how much dirt he was getting off the stairs during the hand/rag scrubbing stage and it was significant! I will definitely use Chem-Dry by Leonard again and will ask for Mike!

So happy with the cleaning of Chem-Dry! We hadnt cleaned our couch in a couple of years and it had a couple of stains. They were able to clean the couch in about an hour and get out the stains! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

They were responsive and friendly, and I thought they did a good job steam cleaning my couch, which was overdue for a much-needed deep clean.My only 2 issues of annoyance are as follows:1) When I was getting a quote, I was told that I could pay by credit because the representative would have a Square reader. Nothing was mentioned about how use of a credit card would incur an additional 3% fee. Surely you knew this, and not disclosing this information up front is exceedingly annoying. Also assume they’ll charge you the upper end of the price estimate. I was quoted $135-150 and charged $150.2) When I was making my appointment, I specifically flagged that there was no immediate parking near me. I live in SF city. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. When the representative parked at a nearby parking garage, he told me he would have to push the parking fee on me for an added $10. Again, another “hidden” cost I did not appreciate. In my view, this is an overhead charge you should have subsumed in your cost of doing business in a metropolitan area, and what you should do in terms of retaining my future business is to credit me this back.

The company arrived on time and cleaned my carpet swiftly. I had stains that I thought would not come out but they were able to get them out. I am still thrilled about that. Also, my carpet dried quickly and because of this, I was able to resume my normal activities in my home within a few short hours. I would highly recommend this company.

Leonard was extremely responsive on our initial call. He sent Mike over and Mike was fantastic! Deep cleaned a lot of linen chairs and our linen bed headboard. Pricing was fair and the service was amazing. Will be referring them to everyone I know in the Bay Area.

Carpet looks great, the three stains are gone.Would recommend them to others.

The technician was very careful as brought his equipment upstairs making sure he placed mats on the landing as not to scratch the hardwood floors. Very good job!!!!!

Corman was ontime, professional, and did a thorough job cleaning my upholstery and area rugs. I have two dogs and they make the carpets dirty! I love the fact that they called to confirm the appt., Corman called before he arrived to let me know when to expect him, and at the end he asked if I was satisfied with the work. This is a quality service. On top of that because they use toxin free cleaning solution the carpets dried in half the time of a regular carpet clean, and its safe for my dogs and family. Thank you!

They came to my house for cleaning and sanitizing my rug because they were smelling dog urine. They said my problem would be solved. But at the same day rugs still smelling urine. I checked the documents they gave me and was written dog urine was not warranted. Wasn’t cheap and I still have the problem. Disappointed 🙁
