Wow! I was amazed!! After several of years of not-so-good storage during a remodel, I took 2 rugs in to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the moths had a field day with one of them. Luckily I found Pak Oriental Rugs and they worked their magic on both my rugs. Here are before & after pictures of the worst one.

They have given me fabulous service for over 16 years - how time flies! Ahmed and his family are always there when I need them. Bought my beautiful oriental rug in in 2001 and over the years they have been there when clamities came on the rug, restoring it to its original beauty (dog, food, life occurs!) So this year I needed to put the rug into storage so I called them on the best way to do that. Ahmed sent me a video on how to fold the rug so it would stay nice and then I brought it in and for no charge his staff member very carefully covered it in thick plastic to protect it from bugs, etc that might find it tasty in storage. They are my pick for awesome service and beautiful rugs. Ahmed told me they have over 3,800 on their website and I watched them laying out rugs for a couple that wanted a modern look while at their store. Very cool Persian rugs have moved on to such a variety. Thanks Ahmed and family!

I used pak to clean and moth proof two 4x6 oriental rugs. Having spoken to other rug cleaners I would suggest not going to pak. He doesn’t tell you the price ahead of time which should have been a red flag

David is now my go guy for any nice quality rugs. Before I purchased from him I did my diligence and read into all the different rug options. I called many different stores and visited them. I know its hard to price shop but I honestly felt the most comfortable with David . I left his store filling 100% satisfied and we love our Silk rug. Thank you! Good luck.

We worked with Ahmed, who was extremely skillful at gauging our needs and showing us a variety of rugs that fit our style. Ahmed’s knowledge and ability to pinpoint our needs was enhanced by his extraordinary mix of professionalism and personal ease that made him a pleasure to work with. We went in to buy one or two large rugs but ended up buying an ensemble of three rugs – one large and two small. Not only did Ahmed help up choose new rugs that would work together, he also spent time at our home helping us find the best possible arrangement for all of the rugs, new and old. We are truly happy with our experience and our rugs look absolutely amazing in our living room.

Very professional service. Jack was quick and effective, friendly and accurate. He finished the job quickly and charged a 1/4 of the price my landlord does! Recommended!

I called and got an appointment the same day! In fact he was able to show up in less than 2 hours from our call. He was quick and professional and when he showed me the black water he just pulled up I was (disgusted) and grateful for his work. I didnt realize just how dirty my carpets had gotten due to my dogs. I will definitely use this company again!!

Super personal, knew my needs before I did, helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the price range that I specified. Ive had the best experience! My experience with Pak Oriental Rugs was terrific -- I would rate it at 11 on a scale of 1-10. On a personal level, Anjum and his staff were extremely personable and warm, and - professionally - I couldnt be happier. They literally worked magic in cleaning and repairing an old rug that I thought was beyond saving but one that I wanted to keep for sentimental reasons, did a beautiful job in cleaning a couple of my 25-year-old rugs, and gave me a great deal on a couple of smaller rugs I wanted for my bathroom and foyer. Anjum really made me feel like his first priority was my happiness and satisfaction. My experience with them could not have been better, and Im delighted that I was lucky enough to find, and choose, Pak -- it was like doing business with old friends.
