Very pleased with the carpet cleaning service from B&G Chem Dry. Luis was very responsive when I reached out to him and I like the pricing as well as the fact that they use all natural cleaning products. Malik was very professional and did an excellent job especially cleaning the high traffic areas of our carpet. It dried completely by the next day and we werent inconvenienced at all because there was no pungent smell or excessive wetness. He was able to book an appointment for me less than a week after I reached out and was very clear with his communication to find a time that worked us both. Luis also confirmed the night before and texted me when he was on his way so I was confident in our cleaning appointment. These little steps to communicate with his customers is something I really appreciate.Luis also took our entire couch apart (its clunky and very heavy!) and cleaned EVERY part of the couch. I have had my couch cleaned before by other companies and never have they even shifted the couch over, let alone taken it fully apart to do a thorough cleaning! The couch literally looks like its brand new. Luis also cleaned up some random items that had been pushed under the couch by hour dog.I will absolutely be scheduling my next cleaning with B&G and excited to also add the couch protectant as an added service to extend the life of our couch.Ive attached an image of the clean couch prior to being put back together - it looks better than we could have expected.

I had a thick heavy wool rug and fragile hand-woven wool rug to have cleaned. Luis did a great job and fast (1wk) turnaround! he was very communicative and responsive. The technician Mike did an awesome job cleaning both rugs, especially the thick one. Rates were as to be expected, but you get what you pay for, worth the expense for great results. I especially love that the cleaners are environmentally friendly.

Great service by B&G! Called them today because my daughter spilled milk on our sectional and Luis was able to do a same day appointment. The technician Raoul did a fabulous job at deep cleaning, sucked out all the milk along with whatever else was in there. He was able to park his van in our driveway and ran hoses through the window. Luis really exceeded my expectations when he came to sanitize my home. I knew he was serious when he put on a hazmat suit! The product that they used was 100% green cleaning and didn’t leave any strong odor. He also gave me an estimate on my carpets and tile, I will be calling B&G for all my cleaning needs. This is the 2nd time using B&G and this review is for the 1st time in 2019. I used their services for a couch that i needed cleaned. Luis was the technician at the time and provided excellent service. He had a large machine that he lugged up to the 3rd floor and cleaned our couch so well it felt cleaner than it was when we first bought it! He also pays very close attention to detail, cleaned every single part of the couch as well as cleaning up when the floor got wet. Fast forward a couple months ago i hired him again for the same couch. This time a guy named Mike showed up with another guy and a machine that was 5 times smaller than the machine Luis used. although they worked hard it didnt come close to the results that Luis was able to achieve and they even charged me more. So if you use this company i would only ask for Luis

B&G chem dry has taken good care of me as well as my clients for over 15 years. Greg has always accommodated me and the last couple of years it’s been Luis who’s the one who goes out and completes the jobs. My clients love him! If I could give him 10 stars I would, however I do have one bone to pick with him. Luis I know you take pride in your company’s reputation and I appreciate you trying to accommodate my clients during the pandemic but if you aren’t able to do the job yourself please do not contract other chem dry services to do your jobs! I had more than a handful of complaints about their services last year and if I were you I wouldn’t recommend A&S Chem dry to anyone. I do hope to see you back in business soon, take care buddy!

Exceptional job cleaning/washing/drying our 3 rooms! Great service. I highly recommend it. We got 3 fat rooms and it was $209 total. Smaller rooms would cost less of course. My room smells a lot fresher now. Room dries in a few hours.

Luis was very helpful when I called to set up an appointment. Day of the cleaning an older man also named Luis performed the service. He did a great job and my carpet looks great. He even placed plastic on the hallway corners so his hose didn’t damage the walls. Great job

Luis at Chem Dry provided great customer service and quality work. The tech I worked with on my rugs was Mike. I had 3 area rugs cleaned (1 silk, 1 cowhide, 1 wool) and the wool rug needed a deep cleaning - a thank you to my french bulldog for that dilemma! Everything came out great (with some special attention required for the doggie wool rug) and Luis delivered the rugs to be sure everything was up to snuff and followed up the next day to be sure. Corman responded very quickly when I called to inquire about my couch cleaning. He offered me two appointments that week. Did an outstanding job. I had green gum on two cushions that I thought wouldn’t come out. But, he managed to remove it. The couch looks great.

Michael, the technician, did a great job on our rugs. One was a woven rug which required some TLC. The other was a Target special, however both came back far better than when they came in. Good local vendor. Support them if you can

Luis came out to clean my carpets and did an amazing job. Surprised by his great customer service and pleasant demeanor. We rent and the carpets in our home were far from new when we moved in. We could not tell if the previous renters had cleaned the carpets at all or even before they moved out. We hired Luis because we have a small child and wanted peace of mind with him crawling around. The products Luis used were non toxic and environmentally safe. He gave new life to the our home and gave a fresh start to our family.
