DO NOT USE BERRY CLEAN!!!!!!! I was home all weekend, the only people in my home were the cleaners from Berry Clean and coincidentally my engagement ring goes missing the very same day. I called, they didn’t call me back. She just sent me an email saying “oh, we hope you find your ring!” I am shocked at how they’re not taking it seriously at all. Next step, police report. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Theyre reliable and consistent, they provide excellent quality work - the team is courteous and responsive. I booked BerryClean a few years ago and havet used another cleaning service since.

I love BerryClean. I schedule them for deep cleans of my apartment and they always make things sparkle. Always on time and with attention to detail. You can request specific areas to focus on and they always get all the little crumbs and bits in the hard to reach places. Highly recommended! They recently cleaned my apartment with masks and covered booties on their shoes disinfecting contact points. Will be booking again soon.

Glad is and Xiomara did a wonderful job. They were hard working, efficient, and detail focused. They deep cleaned all the appliances and even behind furniture. When they saw me doing laundry and sweeping the front steps they jumped in and offered to help. Definitely recommend.

I used Berry Clean for a last minute move out detail cleaning, and was thoroughly impressed. Not just by their quality of work, but also the level of attentiveness, responsiveness, and communication leading up to it. I will say theyre on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for- and the cleaning was top notch/high quality. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

From the moment I chatted with Isabelle on the phone I just knew this was going to be a great experience.The team arrived right on time, I left the house due to my house being just one master room, and when I returned the house was spotless. Berry Clean always does a fantastic job. Every week at least one of the team members is our regular cleaner, Anna. She knows our house well and how we like specific rooms to be cleaned. This makes it easier than having to reiterate instructions every visit. Anna also does an incredibly thorough job— I appreciate her attention to detail when cleaning heavy use areas like my kitchen.I have a reoccurring service that I can easily rotate in specific rooms to be cleaned. This is quite convenient— all I have to do is email Berry Clean to make necessary changes. Very much recommended.

BerryClean showed up on time and were very kind. Our flat was only 1100 sq feet and quite clean already, and for $375, we thought it would be spic and span for a small place and two workers. Unfortunately, many surfaces were not thoroughly cleaned like toaster, coffee maker, etc and scuff marks left on walls. One section of the only bedroom wasnt even vacuumed. We had to do another fine tune clean when they left. We had hoped to find a company to clean this flat regularly, but we will try a new company next time.

Im a long-time customer of BerryClean and have really enjoyed their service. I initially chose BerryClean because of their fair, non-exploitative treatment of workers, including in terms of hours and pay and preferences for healthy products. Ive come to really appreciate the operations staff in addition to the professional cleaners. The cleaners are excellent -- punctual and efficient and effective with their expertise, even given the challenge of our ancient, rent-stabilized apartment which is tough to get clean -- and the office staff are friendly and always happy to answer questions and figure out how to meet my special requests.

Ive used BerryClean for many years now and highly recommend them for regular cleanings! What I love about BerryClean: (1) there has always been someone or a team available so that my bi-weekly cleaning always happens and doesnt need rescheduling for individual cleaner absences, (2) if there is something I need done that isnt happening, could be improved, etc., I just tell BerryClean and they put that in my file which info is relayed to whoever comes to clean, (3) although cleaners can change, you do often get the same cleaners who get to know your home and preferences, (4) payment is automatic through the service and no cash needs to change hands with individual cleaners, (5) when Ive needed to reschedule, theyve been very accommodating, and (6) for an additional very reasonable fee more you can add on an extra service like cleaning the inside of the fridge (which I do every so often). My one caveat is I wasnt overly impressed with my deep cleaning, but I only did that once (because of that experience).

I am huge fan of this firm. They do a great job. The special folding of things like towels and tissue boxes makes me smile every time. The team is very easy to communicate with and the results are... well... squeaky clean.

A really really fantastic service. The attention to detail is really second to none, and one of the best cleaning crews I’ve ever had. It’s also a lot of the little touches you don’t always expect, like straightening up a couple of books on the shelf, organizing the fridge. (May vary from cleaner to cleaner) Things that just really make your house an amazing home to come home too. I also have a cat, which means cat hair everywhere, and they do a really amazing job getting it all up off the floor and off the couch! I’m extremely busy, so having this taken care of really frees up a lot of the stress.

Cleaners did a tremendous job cleaning. My only gripe is that the second cleaner came quite a bit late, so I had to wait to let her in. Its a small issue and almost not worth mentioning. Otherwise, the quality of the clean was excellent.

They arrived on time and after a quick review of the house, they got started right away. I have clients in/out of my home all week for work so I have to keep my home very clean and tidy. Once in a while, I need a break from all the constant cleaning and I need someone that is going to do an exceptional job. Berryclean was able to pull that off with no problems whatsoever. Because of my work schedule, I cannot book more than 1-2 days in advance so I was quite lucky to get a last minute appointment. I browsed through their booking calendar and Im not so sure this is typically the case. I can totally understand why they are in such high demand.
