Nick was amazing! He cared about our experience and went out of his way to take great care of us and make sure we had a great time. We had a blast and would HIGHLY recommend this place! Amazing customer service in a world of take-your-money-and-run companies.

I went to 3 different places on same street before choosing this one. All were ok but Nick here was the best. Free helmet,lock, map etc. Even free bottle of water. But best thing was Nick himself, knew SF so well. Best $28 I ever spent

Almost 4 years ago, I wrote the following review on the Outspoken Facebook page. It has been years since we visited SF, but still keep in touch every so often with the owner of the shop. He really did make the most of our trip to California, and in turn we made a life long friend.Gianni and every one at Outspoken completely blew our expectations out of the water! Getting to know these guys was defiantly a high-light of our trip to San Fran! Bikes were wicked and Gianni hooked us up with some awesome recommendations for amazing places to experience, eat, and live it up!We would totally recommend this sweet little get up to anyone looking to explore the bay area on two wheels!Thanks again Gianni! Amazing Service and a friendly staff! We rented bikes for just $25 each for 24 hours. They were great bikes, super comfortable. The staff gave us a map and made great suggestions, the route was gorgeous, and one of the staff biked out to catch us on the route to let us know he heard about a detour put in place that day- he came just to make sure we didnt get lost! I highly recommend renting your bikes from this shop :)

Great bikes at a great price. The best customer service I found in the Wharf by far. I searched around for a bike while on vacation and this was the best all around: price, comfort, ease of rental. Had a great time and would recommend Outspoken to any of my friends and family visiting SF.

I recommended using this bike rental! We just happened to have to park for the meter. Nicole made my family feel extremely welcome. I really had to search for the bike rental place as I forgot the name of it but I remembered where I parked! Thank you from Houston Texas. Meant a lot she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.

Although relatively new, this bike rental shop is doing EVERYTHING right. The owners have a long history of working at one of the larger rental companies in town, where they were able to learn what works and what doesnt, and have used that knowledge to create a truly amazing bike rental experience. Being a local, the owner Gianni is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the city. Before our ride, he walked us through the top things to see and do during our ride, which were all spot on recommendations. Ran into Gianni after-hours in the city, and I can honestly say that his outspoken passion for the city is not just a salesy tourism facade - he truly loves the city and helping to show as many people as he can how truly amazing it is. Cannot recommend this bike shop and its staff highly enough!

This joint is the best place in the world to rent a bike. Nicole babysits you a little, but its no shock with the amount of tourist plebs she would have to deal with that dont know the difference between a spoke and a bloke. Giddy up. Cheap and tip top. If you need a bike in San Francisco youd have to be a Ronald McDonald to go anywhere else but outspoken. 🤙🏿🤙🏿🍆🍆🌚🌚

If you are going to rent a bike in San Francisco you need to come to this shop. The staff takes the time to fit everyone properly on their bike and makes the appropriate adjustments to their seats. They know the area very well and gave my group good advice regarding our ride across the Golden Gate Bridge.

Charming owner, bikes in great condition, more than fair pricing and savvy recommendations on where to go. We had a great experience. AAA++, we shopped around a lot before we settled on Outspoken and are completely satisfied.

Great service by Moises who was helpful with getting us happy and ready for our ride. For $28 per bike for the day its a cheap and great way to get around and see San Francisco and cross the Golden Gate Bridge.

Good and friendly place, but the bicycles was s bit tired. Two of the five had bad brakes, and two had rifts in the seats. When we delivered the bikes, we were told that it would be looked into, but we got the imression that those also went steaight into the bikes ready for rent tomorrow. The personell wanted full credir card information, including ccv, but crossed that out when we denied to give rhat information.

By far the best rentals in SF. The bikes are great bikes that are really comfortable and easy to use. The owner was very nice and accomotaing. Would highly recommend.

The Guy we talked to there were very friendly and gave us good tips of San Francisco But...he really promped that we would buy tickets for the yellow bus tour and that we wouldnt get a better deal somewhere else and that it was a really good deal and it sounded great so we bought it. Worst mistake!! That tour company was really really awful and he knew that. We waited for an hour for the bus to show up. When we got back to this place to get our money back, the guy who sold us the tickets tock off!! Do not trust these guys, even how friendly they seem!

The best Bike Rental in San Francisco!!! I came to Sfo so many times and everytime again i would rent a bike at his place in Post Street 571!The Owner is amazing and the bikes are very good!!I ve had an accident today and he came immediately to pick me up and took care of me and the bike!!I m still happy that i have rented the bike at his place

If you want to rent a bike in San Francisco, then here. Bikes are in excellent condition and the service is super friendly and committed!Edit: Once again, the same result. Super wheels and top advice bezgl the route. You take your time and explain in detail. Locals on the line are recommended, which otherwise would not be controlled. In addition still equal maps for the ferry for the way back. Top!Thank you for a great day at SF and Sausalito, Mr. Fritz! - Top service!
