I use to drive to 50 miles for a cheap and great haircut. Since it’s too out of the way, I figured I’d try a new barber and booked an appointment with Mario. I expressed my skepticism, how I was giving him a shot and wasn’t sure if he did decent fades as I found ZERO barbers who posted a pic of the backside of a client’s fade online. He was humble about it, which went a long way for me. He treated me to a beverage and got to work.This is the end result. 10/10 for me. No more driving far away for a fade that keeps generating compliments.

This is my new favorite shop in SF and John is my new favorite barber! Right haircut, price, people, and vibes! Its an unpretentious and disarming space and I have no doubt thats thanks to the barbers I met there like John and Ralph! These guys were welcoming, charming, engaging, and most importantly- passionately focused on their crafts! Its the type of shop I wouldnt mind hanging out at even if I wasnt getting a fresh fade! Ill be going again without a doubt!

Just came in to charge my phone... The men offered me a drink.. this was definitely a place where men can come away from home. Good treat. Quality place and design. The bathroom is so... Homely.. with a window you can stare out of.. nice soaps and space... Men come here to get away.

Got a haircut from Laz and he was great! Paid a lot of attention to detail and he made suggestions as well. Laz is genuine and can talk about anything. I would recommend him

I just moved to San Francisco not to long ago and was in desperate need of a great barbershop. FRESH BLADES is that barbershop. This is my second visit with Mikewil and both times he took the time to make sure I was FRESH. He greets everyone who walkings in while still making sure that you are his main priority. All around great experience. Great prices. Great service. I plan to be a regular at this barbershop.

This place is legit. I always go to Mario, but no matter who you get, youre in great hands. Upbeat vibe and great stylists all around.

These guys are the truth!!! Ive been coming here since they initially opened up. I usually do not write reviews simply because i am lazy but this is a hard working team and they definitely deserve credit where credit is due. I usually get the bald taper, with a straight razor line up, bear trim, straight razor shave, steam and a hot towel, yup they got THE WORKS!! Precision cut every time. If you want quality from some of the leading barbers in the industry then i definitely recommend coming here. This is my second home and before i end this review i have to add that the barbershop talk here is priceless, definitely a place where you forget about the outside world. Nothing matters here but for you to relax and get your crown shaped into your unique self by one of their many experience Barbers.

Guy who cut my hair took 40 mins. Think it was his first time.

If you want your hair and beard to get messed up go to this spot. Many people I know have gone here and all said the same thing. The barbers are to busy talking about high school drama to look at what they’re doing. When I left after my haircut I was bleeding from five places.

I never got my haircut here, but when I stepped inside, got no acknowledgement, there was two guys waiting, with one guy getting a cut, and I ask the barber, (African American - seemed ghetto, with a huge attitude) is it by appt or walk-ins accepted, looked at me then back to the mans head he was cutting and said by appt only. Walked out, went somewhere else.

It was great experience going through a barber who knows what haircut you asked, Mohammed was a great barber, gave me a stylish look on me, haircut experience was fantastic, Mohammed lets you know along the way what he was doing as the process of the cut was going on, definitely recommend Mohammed if you stop by, will stop by again

I booked an appointment online for my son and when I did the price quoted for haircut service for kids under 15 was $30. I brought my son to the appointment 10 mins early sent him in with my older son because there was no parking. The barber scheduled to cut my sons hair was Ricky, my son asked for a taper he was in the barber for 40 mins or more so you would think the cut would be legit, think again! It was uneven all the way around and the barber had the nerve to charge my son $40 for that mess. I am highly dissatisfied! Not only didn’t he follow their own quoted price for the service but he did a awful job and over charged them.

Mario has met and exceed my expectations each time I have sat in his chair...Ive Yelped at least 2 other barbers when I was in a bind; I have a stylist and now I have the pleasure of calling Mario my barber.
