Ive had my Renters insurance through Janet Lin since 2019, and her agency is absolutely stellar!Alex (one of the on-site agents) helped get us set up with our initial renters insurance when my partner and I moved into our first apartment together, and his friendliness was absolutely amazing. So much so that when we moved into our new apartment, a work/live space requiring a minimum $1M liability insurance policy, I wasnt worried about the prospect of calling up their agency and discussing our new circumstances-- I looked forward to it! Alex has been a great help since we first started, taking a personal interest in my hobbies. As a comic book collector, I had a few items that were particularly valuable to me, and Alex helped me figure out how to make a record of my belongings and feel confident that, should the worst happen, Id be alright. Most recently, he worked hard to coordinate getting me pet insurance for our new puppy.Today, he helped set me up on a call with Anita, who was a pleasure to work with as well! Anita walked me through the ins and outs of the plan so that now I feel confident that I understand the full scope of my pet insurance in detail. Suddenly, a thing that I knew very little about and seemed very overwhelming is simple and friendly!Ive even been impressed with the staff who answers the phone when Ive called in for assistance.Overall, I am so glad to have your team by my side for whatever accidents life might throw our way.5 stars, would recommend to anyone in SF looking for some peace of mind and a group of genuine friendly faces to help with their insurance.

The agent who has been helping me a lot is Nissi. Ive asked her a lot of questions and shes always patient, thorough/complete, and friendly addressing all my questions and concerns, from the most complicated problem to the simplest curiosity. I frequently asked for a quote of this and that, and again, every time she responded with a systematic, clean and complete information. One time when I had an accident, she gave me all very helpful advice and guidance. They have a great team there.
