Joe Freunds agents are always there for me, despite the fact theyve never met me. They inherited my account from an agent who I worked with before I moved to LA. Once she retired, Joes office took over and that was a good day for me. I recently bought a car. I called to get my insurance updated. While I was speaking to Sasha, the agent assigned to my account, I learned that I could obtain an umbrella policy that would provide protection in the event my regular car insurance limits were not enough. I live in LA and there are some incredibly expensive cars here. This has been a concern of mine. Sasha showed me how I could get the umbrella as well as a personal property policy for only $10/month more than my current auto and renters policies. She answered all my questions, got me all the pertinent documents and was able to bind coverage in less than 24 hours. The ultimate professional, Sasha was great to work with, made the whole thing easy (I mean who actually likes buying insurance??), and I love her Aussie accent! I highly recommend this agency.

I had such a great experience with this State Farm branch. My husband and I got the umbrella package because that was the best deal for us and saved us a lot of money. The staff was so helpful and professional and kind, and made the transition effortless. I didn’t feel pressured into choosing a package. Instead, the person who works there (Sasha) just told us what our options were and sat there answering any questions. With a lot of insurance branches, it feels like people are just selling to you and don’t really care what you choose as long as you give them money. That wasn’t the case here.
