Dealing with insurance companies is rarely something people are excited about. Think about it. When was the last time one of your friends said, hey, man. Ive been dying to tell you how awesome getting my Ford Focus insured has been. I cant wait until I can afford more stuff so I can go get some more insurance.I feel like this take on insurance providers is what this neighborhood Allstate office is trying to--and succeeding to--reverse. First of all, theyre all real people, which helps--that is, you wont have to sit through endless automated messages only to find that your question can only be answered by an agent, because theyll just pick up the phone and answer it for you. Ive never gotten a hard sell from anyone in this office. I appreciate that I get spoken to like a human and that my personal needs are being considered rather than trying to sell me every coverage under the sun.I like these guys so much, I even kept them when I moved out of the area. With the Dawn Prince Agency, I get a smart, knowledgeable, and friendly team who I trust. Ive learned the hard way that you dont find that everywhere.

I worked with Michelle Pappe at this agency, and she was the best person I could have hoped for. It was a little tricky getting insurance for my house, due to various factors I wont get into, but Michelle got me quotes from at least 6 or 7 different companies over the span of a few months (each time, something would happen that prevented us from proceeding further), and made sure that I at least had coverage from someone during the whole process.Ultimately, Michelle referred me to two competitors, one of which eventually did find a company that would insure my house. Michelle went way beyond my expectations of an insurance agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
