Sandy has been my long-time insurance agent, always happy with her and State Farms service. Wanted to write a review based on a couple recent experiences: 1. I applaud State Farms proactive reduction to my insurance premiums through the pandemic. 2. My windshield was cracked by a rock while driving on the freeway... needed replacement and modern cars nowadays its not cheap. Went to the State Farm mobile app which is super easy to use (compare to AT&T or other big businesses whos apps are confusing and buggy) and submitted a claim, assigned a repair shop all in the app. Turns out the repair shop no longer does windshield repair so I contacted Sandy and she helped me straightaway. No need to wait on hold with the corporate number or chat!
