It’s really amazing to be able to have an actual person that can help you with random insurance things, like quickly getting a new policy set up for a wedding ring before going on a honeymoon, or showing proof of insurance for a refinance, etc. This whole staff is super professional and really friendly. I recently transferred to Curtis Lee’s office due to bad costumer service with my last agent, so I was thrilled with the great service I’ve received recently from one of Lee’s agent, Brittany Ng. She was warm, professional, and efficient with helping me get what I needed to be done. If Brittany is a representation of how Curtis Lee’s office is run, I feel I’m in good hands.

Ginger was great! They followed up with me to make sure I was getting the correct rate based on my milege. Who does that? They do!

Lets be honest, no one really looks forward to dealing with insurance, but working with the staff here makes the experience pleasant and enjoyable. The team is professional, straightforward, and helpful, making insurance one less thing in life to stress about.

Although Curtis may be a nice person the company he works for is not. State Farm has decided that if any rental policy holder for less than one year files a claim their policy will be automatically cancelled after the claim. I purchased the rental insurance in March and my bicycle was stolen in November of the following year. They did cover the bike but this January I received a letter saying my policy will not be renewed. So, if you are going to get renters insurance from State Farm- dont plan on using it until you have had the policy for at least seven years ( regardless if someone steals your stuff or you have a fire, or whatever) because State Farm wants to make money up front! Period. Because they did take care of my claim relatively quickly I have given them two stars rather than one.

Love curtis Lee state farm if I moved out of town they would still be my choice for business guess I have to stay
