I contacted several appliance repair shops and found Atech to be most professional and responsive. I was lucky that Jesus was available to come and fixed my gas dryer on the same day. He arrived on time and explained to me clearly what was the problem with my gas dryer. He had the parts needed and fixed the problem during the same visit. This week I received a second stellar service in a year. My ancient washer stopped working a few months ago. Jesus inspected it, explained what was wrong (in language a non-technical me could easily follow), and advised me that the cost of repair was close to the cost of a new one - suggesting I move to a new one. I did. Last week the dryer stopped working and I expected the same diagnosis but, calling Jesus again, I learned that my strong old workhorse had many miles left in it and he repaired it quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. Again, after explaining just what was wrong and what was needed. I love having an appliance technician I can have confidence in who has skills, experience, and trustworthy advice. Both visits were squeezed into an already full schedule so I didnt have to wait for service. Above and beyond . . .

I dont know what happened to this company, but the service is the worst! Ive used them probably 4 times and service tech used to be reliable. However the last couple of times weve had issues. Last year we phoned to have a washer / dryer serviced and our calls were never returned, so we just called someone else and wrote it off to the pandemic.This time we needed the Bosch dishwasher repaired so we called because they serviced the unit successfully about a year earlier. Big mistake.My dishwasher has been out of service over 30 days since tech was dispatched! I paid $147 to replace a part which did not fix the issue. When he left he told us he was going to check with manufacturer to see if system needed a new motherboard. That was 3 weeks ago.Ive phoned multiple times and left messages, and he just ignores my calls. Ive tried to be patient but feel like the service is very unprofessional and he just doesnt care enough to update his customers.This shop is just too small and unreliable. Dont waste your time.

Having revitalized an aging refrigerator - and now having provided much needed advice on its potential replacement (several years after providing the life-extending repairs) - I can speak to how rare their services are. As an example, Jesus didnt necessarily have to spend 10+ minutes with me over the phone earlier today, walking me through the possible issues with my current situation - but he did. Jesus is just amazing. He has come to help twice with our Bosch dishwasher. Both times he was super--so knowledgeable and honest. I could not recommend him more. Rather than fixing the dishwasher the last time and charging me for time and parts, he recommended I get a new one. I would have had to pay more for parts than would have been worth it. I had a repairman named Jesus. He called me and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, It would cost more to repair the old Maytag washer than purchasing a new one. He was honest and advised against it.He charges a reasonable trip charge and took a charge card. He was fast, efficient, and priced well. I would definitely use again him again.

Jesus from Atech Appliance Repair is THE BEST. Hes been fixing things in our house for years: dishwashers, refrigerators, washers/dryers, etc.. He always comes when he says he will (important for a working person who, for example, may have taken the day off to be at home so one or the other appliance can get fixed!), and when he arrives hes efficient, quick, and responsible. When something finally succumbed to age and we had to purchase a new one, he gave advice about which ones were good and which ones to avoid. Im so grateful that I stumbled upon him when we moved to the Bay Area 15 years ago. Hes a gem!

You cant ask for a more dependable, super honest, and pro level servicing. Fast response time (same day) and turn around (within an hour) when my dryer cried sos. Forget the shops that charge $60-$90 prognosis fee just to show up at your door. They usually answer with how can make you smile today? Puh-pleeez, dont fall for that bs. Atech is the real deal.

WE had a little emergency with a refrigerator. Called Tech on a recommendation from our neighbor. Wa hoping to get them to come out within 3 days, but they were able to help us that same morning.The service tech new exactly what the problem was and made the necessary repairs in about an hour.The charges were really reasonable, so we asked if they could come back at a later date to service our stove which is a commercial grade beast. We were given an appointment for the following afternoon.I would highly recommend this company.

Im glad I called Atech Appliance this morning. Jesus identified the problem with my fridge in less than 3 minutes and fixed it within the hour.
