Prompt service ...went sraight to the problem and repaired it. VALDVLAD was great! I have this issue with my freezer, Samsung..and no longer a problem.

Galaxy Appliance was great! My refrigerator broke and needed total overhaul, new compressor, etc., under warranty through LG. Other repair shops were impossible to deal with, and couldnt be bothered. Galaxy was willing to come the same day. The serviceperson came on time, finished the work, cleaned up, and was very efficient and I use them again. I recommend them very highly.

I am glad that I found Galaxy appliance repair. They are very professional. I had an issue with my fridge. John came and fixed it. Now it is hard to imagine life without a fridge. I would definitely recommend Galaxy applaince

Robert has been out to repair our dishwasher multiple times (different issues). Every time hes super helpful, teaches me about what went wrong & how I can check for it in future, and just generally does a great job.Were double lucky that Galaxy, and Robert, have been great at responding to messages about scheduling a service call and been able to make it out in 1-2 despite the pandemic.Definitely recommend this company.

My refrigerator was not cooling and I took a chance and called Galaxy Appliance. So happy I did!!! Spoke to Robert, told him the issue, he was at my apartment within 1 hour and repaired the refrigerator. GREAT service, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I highly recommend this company. Will use them for all my appliance repairs. So wonderful to have peace of mind and to be able to find reliable companies.

My Dacor dual fuel range gave up and I feared would not revive. I contacted Galaxy and they helped me through a number of challenges — getting replacement parts no longer made or available, diagnosing issues, several visits. They solved it! And I had come to believe it was fatal and would require $8000 for a new one.Thank you Robert for not giving up, for your patience, and your professionalism at every step. I highly recommend them!

Alex the technician that came kept me informed every step of the way. He was AMAZING, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took his time to really review the appliance and give us a fair price for the repair. He was excellent and I couldnt have asked for anyone better to come to my home and fix our appliance.

Jack is an honest, hard-working man! He came to my home last Sunday, for a refrigerator repair. He charged me his regular rate that he wouldve normally charged if it wasnt a holiday! Unfortunately, he could not repair my refrigerator as the compressor was broke . He was honest and told me he felt I would be better off to purchase a new refrigerator! I appreciated that very much! Great service, I called Swift in the morning and got the job done in the afternoon. Tech quickly found the issue, quoted me very reasonable price and since he had parts handy, I agreed to fix. Good job, will call them again

I called yesterday because our dryer was making an awful sound. The lady on the phone was quite nice and courteous. We were told their technician would call us to let us know the time. He called us early in the morning and told us he would be over between 9 and 10 am today.

I am writing this review as my AC is back to life and cooling my house for the weekend. Robert was very informative and detailed about his service. I highly recommend him for his honesty and service.

Hate to admit, Im not the brightest when it comes to fixing things...Thank God I called Galaxy and they sent Aaron out to save the day! What a personal and insightful experience...was an absolute gentleman as he explained what was wrong with my washer and how he was going to fix it. Will be calling him in the future for anything manly lol

Our dryer was going a bit haywire on us - the display was intermittently flashing on us and then it would just turn off on its own. We were worried that it could be something serious, so I turned to online to find an appliance repair company and these guys had the best reviews by far.
