I called on a Friday to have someone come out to look at my refrigerator - it was making a clicking sound and not cooling. Terrific service! My refrigerator was failing to cool the fresh foods, while the freezer still worked OK. Made an appointment for the next day with Whirlpool Appliance Repair San Francisco via their area. Sreve showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the errant fan motor on the spot. I paid less than 1/10th of the cost of a new refrigerator, and the appliance was up and running within an hour.

Scam artists, pure and simple.They arent even called Whirlpool Appliance Repair: all the bills come from something called Dolganovtech llc.My washing machine error code indicated one of two parts was defective: the MCU or the CCU. The repair manual said you need to run diagnostics on each part to confirm which is the problem. This technician came, looked at the exterior of the machine, and said I need to replace the door lock. I showed him the door lock was functioning, and asked him to run the diagnostics on the MCU and CCU to confirm his recommendation. He refused, charged me $100 for the service call, and left, insisting it was the door lock and saying he would send an estimate for the repair. An estimate he never even sent! I called the supervisor, who confirmed that if the door lock replacement didnt fix the problem they wouldnt refund the price of the door lock I didnt need. Scam artists trying to make you pay to replace the whole machine piece by piece.

Did not have anyone in our area

We needed a Bosch dryer to be serviced. In less than a day Oleg arrived and he figured out our issue, after a pump was replaced our dryer was working again. Honest, on-time, and professional .. we will happily call them in the future.
